Pros:

Lokalita.

Cons:

Pokoj byl špinavý a zřejmě tak 10 let neuklízený. Pokoj je nad velmi hlasitým barem, kde hraje muzika dlouho do noci. Snídaně je sice v ceně, ale každý si musí najít jídlo sám. Okno v pokoji nešlo pořádně otevřít a když bylo zavřené tak netěsnilo.

Very Disappointed
Pros:

Kyle who was a staff member always sermed happy to help when he could.

Cons:

The room was not to a good standard. Bathroom wasn't cleaned, no soap. Bedroom chairs never dusted. Bed linnen crinkled certainly not ironed. Rooms need a little more TLC. Outside the building very messy; rubbish , cigarette ends everywhere. Grafetti on outside door. Not inviting at all.

Very loud, little sleep
Pros:

The staff were friendly and approachable

Cons:

What isn't advertised is that the hotel is joined onto an extremely loud bar which played very loud music until 1am. This made it impossible to sleep despite needing to get up early in the morning.
The room wasn't cleaned properly with the waste buckets unemptied. There was a hole in the wall and a damp patch. The bathroom had a door that you couldn't shut from the inside and was actually a wardrobe door mounted to the wall.
The breakfast provided was fine but not brilliant. Probably wouldn't have minded it if I had slept.

Horrible, dirty, poorly maintainted, no toilet tissues, dirty toilet. Thouroughly unhappy with Booking.com.
Pros:

Nothing. Dirty linen, dirty toilets, no toilet paper, noisy bed room ( when the shower was turned on in the bathroom the electric pump made a racket, which was in the bed room), dyson hoover hanging from the wall in the bedroom, with extension cord and cable left in the bed room.

Cons:

As above. Dirty line ( the pillow covers never looked like they had been washed, the sofa and cushions were filthy. We would never ever visit that property. You should not advertise the property on your site, its a shambles and a stain on your reputation.
Unfortunately no photos, but video evidence available, if you need them.

A good place to stay in Insch
Pros:

The proprietor could not have been friendlier. The location was good, an 8 minute walk from the train station, and close to several restaurants.

Cons:

My room did not have a private bathroom as was listed in the Booking.com description. Also, the noise from the bar could be heard in the rooms.
