Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Katra! The staff was incredibly friendly, polite, and cooperative, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel is also budget-friendly and offers great value for money. Its location is excellent, with the railway station and bus stand both conveniently nearby, making travel very easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Katra and would love to stay here again.

Good Stay with Excellent Tour Service
Pros:

I stayed at Divine Oak Hotel for 3 days and had a good overall experience. The hotel stay was decent and comfortable. The best part of my trip was the tour and travel service. A special thanks to Sunil Bhogia, who guided us throughout our Srinagar trip and made the experience truly memorable. His suggestions, support, and guidance helped us enjoy our trip without any worries. Thank you for making our Srinagar visit so enjoyable.

Cons:

The food service could be improved, as there were some delays due to issues with the room telephone. Also, some of the windows appear to be a bit old and may benefit from maintenance.
