unprofessional attitude and worst service
Pros:

We did not like the resposne of the staff

Cons:

We have to wait for long beyond 1 PM as rooms were not ready. There was no one to attend till we were waiting for the room as we had travelled from far distance. The response of the management and team was not up to the standard if we see the amount charged by them.

Absolutely amazing stay…
Pros:

The location, the view, the process for ordering food and the staff.. The stay was absolutely fantastic.

Cons:

People who are have trouble climbing stairs will have issues since they do not have a lift for the higher floors. But if you want the good mountain view rooms, you better stay on the higher floors. It was totally worth the climb everyday.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is good and the room was clean and the size of the room was decent.

Cons:

The cleanliness in the bathroom didn't meet my expectations. Also, there were 5-6 people drinking in the corridor which made me feel unsafe as I was staying with my spouse. I find it it completely shocking of the hotel staff allowing this.

Avoid if possible
Pros:

It’s drive through and has space for parking, in the middle of Kasol market so location is convenient.

Cons:

Terribly overpriced menu and check-out related behavior from the staff, rudely asking you to check-out asap even if you checked in 3 hours later from the check-in time the previous day, not giving any flexibility.

The room is okay for one night stay but the walls are really thin so it was difficult to fall asleep, also the bathroom is pretty average. Not bad to spend one night in Kasol but definitely not worth the 2k INR per night price.

Decent room but food is not good.
Pros:

Room was decent & clean.

Cons:

1. There was no jet spray in the toilet.
2. Food is not good. We ordered fried rice & chilli chicken. The rice was stale and chicken seemed like it was kept for long in refrigerator. I would suggest people to avoid food here.

Riverside beauty.
Pros:

The property is at the river side and little away from the main market because of which alot of traffic noise was barable.

Cons:

For every small thing we had to go down to place our order as order placed from menu was not taken when in the room. They didn't let me have dinner on the firsg night of stay. 🤣

Pros:

Property is nice, rooms are spacious and clean, the location is good and you can get all the required things nearby.
