室内の照明がもう少し欲しかったのと、ところどころホコリなど溜まっていたのが気になりました。

立地は便利。でもリピートはない。
Pros:

最寄駅が近く、近隣に24時間スーパーがあったこと。

Cons:

追記で到着時刻の確認があったのに15時を過ぎてもスタッフ不在であったこと。
直前にカードキー利用方がメールされていたこと。また、ロック解除方法がメールどおりではなく、何度も確認が必要だったこと。
ベッドの下に食べ物が落ちていたこと。
シャワー室から下水臭がしていたこと。

対応がひどく有料キャンセルしました。
Cons:

当日、チェックインしようと玄関前に行っても、ドアが閉まっていて誰も居ず。緊急連絡先に電話すると
今から行きます、１５分待ってくれとのこと。寒空で待つことや、こんな対応、泊まっても心配だったので、当日キャンセル不可でお金を1日分とられました。キャンセルしました。玄関開いてないなど最悪でした。
ブッキングドットコムも、もう少し精査するべきだと思います。

Pros:

Todo perfecto. La habitación espaciosa, la cama cómoda (un poco dura pero nada grave), el baño súper bien, una ducha con una presión de agua buenísima. La ubicación está bien, no es en el centro de todo pero estás a unas cuadras y viene bien para no estar en el caos continuo de gente. Súper recomendable.

Cons:

Podría decir que el personal no está muy preparado para tratar con turistas pero la verdad es que casi ni los vimos.

I loved my stay here and would happily come back again.
Pros:

The location is really convenient, with a great katsudon restaurant and a minimart nearby. The hotel feels new and well maintained. I especially loved the bathroom since it had the biggest shower I have ever seen in Japan.

Cons:

There honestly was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel. Everything was comfortable and smooth, and I felt very satisfied with my stay. If I have to pick something, it can gets cold during the night.

広い部屋でリラックスして過ごせた
Pros:

玄関外のキーボックスの位置で少し迷いましたが、建物に入ってからはスムーズに部屋まで入れました。広い部屋で、清潔で気持ち良かったです
寒い夜のチェックインで、あらかじめ部屋の暖房を入れてくれていて、気遣いが嬉しかった
チェックアウトも簡単でした

Cons:

ベッドライトがあると良かったのと、部屋の照明スイッチがベッドサイドにあると便利だと思う
カードキーは同じものをずっと使っているようで、汚れて折り癖がついていたので、定期的に交換したほうが良いと思う
