Cons:

宿泊日より前の事前登録が面倒だった。チェックインの際も機械2台あったけど、その内の1台が入力の最後手前で止まってしまい、全く使えずもう1台で。また入力し直しに。時間が掛かりすぎて面倒。

This Kyoto trip would never be the same without them. Thank you Sakura Cross Hotel.
Pros:

It looked modern. It has a male only sauna on the ground floor. The beds were comfy. You can see the staff on this hotel. Check in process was a breeze. Strategic location, restaurants, cafe and convenient stores are just nearby.

Cons:

Unlike the other two hotels we’ve been. This one has no washing machine. However they can suggest the nearest and the best one.

Excelente localização, próximo a vários pontos turísticos e estação de metrô.

Não poder receber as malas despachadas por não ter funcionários na recepção.

Avevo appoggiato gli asciugamani dati in dotazione dall'hotel nella mia valigia, e in un momento in cui non eravamo in stanza, lo staff è entrato in camera (apparentemente per pulire anche se i letti erano sfatti e la camera ancora sporca) e ha preso gli asciugamani, mettendo le mani nella mia valigia

Comfortable, convenient, but self-service with no staff on-site.
Pros:

Location was near a train/subway stop. The convenience store and restaurants across the street were very helpful to have nearby. Gion district was about a 20 min walk across the bridge. Beds in the family room were very comfortable, did not try the futon on tatami mat but the teenagers were comfortable.

Cons:

Check-in was via tablet on 2nd floor but one tablet wasn't working. No staff available on-site for assistance. Men only sauna was being repaired with no available reopen date. Only a drink vending machine available and a kettle in the room.
