Muy bien!
Pros:

La zona! Es ideal para recorrer caminando. Me manejé sola por Kyoto y fue un placer poder volver de noche viendo sus calles. Está el subte a pocos metros, pero se puede ir caminando. Todas partes de los lugares más pintorescos para disfrutar.

A very comfortable bed with close proximity to everything necessary.
Pros:

The beds were extremely comfortable, a 4-star quality hotel room. The pillows and duvets were incredibly fluffy and soft. As well as this, the room was the perfect size to fit everything that is needed. The location was impeccible, only being a minute from the train station and all 3 convenience stores being across the road for diversity. Definitely recommend!

Cons:

Honestly I wouldn't change anything.

Not good for families. Just a room and absolutely no amenities
Pros:

Clean and very peaceful location. Very comfortable bed, nice showers.

Cons:

This place has no amenities. No front desk, no microwave, no kitchen. Not even a shared one. No drinking water except vending machine. No breakfast served. No dishes. No spoons and forks. No room cleaning service.

But they do a smoking room!! Onsen is men’s only. All they have is a bed, and a bathroom. The bed also slides a lot so we had to keep pushing it back in. For family with kids, this is a very tough spot to be.

Good value for money
Pros:

Very convenient, easy check-in, clean, comfortable rooms.

Cons:

There is no space at all beyond the bed in the tiny bedrooms but that didn't matter hugely.
The staff are helpful but this is mostly a self service check in facility so don't expect hotel service. It's not a hotel, it's a room/bathroom with self check in.
