Pros:

When I got to the property I met a drunk looking and dirty gate keeper who’s first statement to me was in broken English saying “Room don finish” meaning we do not have vacancy. I responded nah I already booked online. The dirty gate keeper told me “bro do not argue with me”. I insisted to go in and talk to someone behind a desk. The gate keeper walked in with me and the lady I assume is one behind the seat was not behind any desk rather she was running down the stairs and started horse playing with the dirty gatekeeper while she completely ignored me. Momentarily she stood in front of me and said “no vacancy” I said ma’am , but I booked online Expedia. She responded, Sir, from right now till an unknown date next year, we are fully booked and she went ahead to say that “whatever app you make your reservations on needs to update there app”
