Seen better days, noisy, but central to town.
Pros:

It was available on the dates I needed. Centre on town. Bed nice and firm. Bathroom ok.

Cons:

No soundproofing between the pub and the accommodation so it was noisy. Unfortunately the Friday night had karaoke right underneath our bedroom and it went on beyond 11pm. The next evening had football on late and the tv was on at a really high volume despite there only being a handful of people in the pub.
Decor a bit tired and sofa seat ripped. Bit shabby.
Would’ve been tolerable for a night perhaps but seemed quite pricey for the state of the accommodation.

We had a great stay in Louth
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Cons:

The water pressure was low in the shower and the shower tray could have been cleaner on the outside. Kettle was to big to fill properly from the sink
