Enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The location was good, friendly, helpful staff.
Bed was very comfortable. We had an inner courtyard room which was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was really good.

Cons:

Nothing, we had an issue with the plug in our sink but this was resolved very quickly with no further issues.

authentic super nice hotel - easy going but also high quality - excellent breakfast and high quality restaurant - also very well protected from the somewhat noisy environment

Lovely boutique hotel.
Pros:

Very authentic Italian looking and feeling facility. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is central to many restaurants and bars on the canal.

Cons:

Main drawback is access to the hotel for unloading and loading luggage. One entry to the hotel is on a street with no parking space and trolley traffic. The other entry is on the canal side and not accessible by car.

super splendid authentic cosy boutique hotel
Pros:

It is a very nice authentic boutique hotel in a very lively area with super restaurants.

The staff, service and accomodation were superb

Parking was in a private guarded parking at 10 minutes walking distance



We would definetely go again

Cons:

The only - we could possibly note was that as it is an authentic boutique hotel the shower was a bit small and the tap was not a modern temperature regulating version. This made the water temperature irregular.

The perfect hotel on the Canal!
Pros:

Well, first off all you cant beat the location! We live on Lago Maggiore and wanted to have a “staycation” we love the canal area. This property is very easy to get to by metro or tram. The hotel is designed in a Hotel Chelsea NY vibe which being from Brooklyn, I love. The rooms were a decent size and very clean. Also, the entire staff is wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Cons:

Nie poinformowano mnie, że pokój jest w odrębnej części. To nie problem, bo budynek obok, ale lepiej wiedzieć. I pokój był naprawdę mały na dwie osoby

Excellent location, lovely welcome from all of the staff, Andrew was very helpful and curteous. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and great coffee.
