Pros:

Fantastische locatie. Gezellige en bruisende
omgeving en in het hotel zelf ervaar je alle rust en comfort. Mooie ambiance en heel sfeervol ingericht.
Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Lekker ontbijt.

Pros:

La colazione e la posizione. Per la colazione, attenzione a non prendere un secondo caffè, altrimenti ti addebitano il costo. Per la posizione, invece, bisogna considerare un tratto da fare a piedi e l'assenza di parcheggi nelle vicinanze.

Cons:

Letti e cuscini scomodi, stanze non insonorizzate, temperatura della stanza ingestibile (troppo caldo o troppo freddo), assenza di appendiabiti e armadio piccolissimo, assenza di comodini o spazio per mettere le mutande, assenza di cassetti, assenza di bollitore, assenza di sapone, ventola del bagno probabilmente guasta, frigobar con bottiglie già aperte, accappatoio del bagno scucito. Il soggiorno poco piacevole è stato scandito da rumori continui di ascensore e dei bagni dei vicini. In tutto questo il direttore d'hotel è stato introvabile (è assente nel weekend).

a beautiful part of Milan with lots of action
Pros:

Fantastic location to experience the sights & sounds of an interesting area of Milan. Also a beautiful old building to stay in.

Cons:

The breakfast had lots of lovely homemade cakes, but nothing freshly baked that was gluten free. The hotel isn't the place to stay if you want peace & quiet at night.
