Pros:

Bolí sme milo prekvapení s ochotou personálu. Čo sa čistoty týka bolo čisto a upratané celý hotel. Raňajky typické Talianske na sladko ale samozrejme aj našinec sa naraňajkovať dostatočne. Metro vzdialené cca 300m. Takže odporúčam tento hotel.

Very pleasant stay. Amazing hotel with amazing staff and amenities. Great location.
Pros:

The staff was very kind welcoming and helpful. The lady Deborah was super helpful and proactive to make our stay comfortable. She packed the brunch for us because we had booked a tour and didn't get time for breakfast. The staff helped in every situation whether it was booking taxi, recommending tourist spots or restaurants. They were prompt to our requests and very polite in their approach.
The location was perfect. It was close to metro station. It was close to tourist destinations and linate airport. It was very easy to navigate from the hotel.
The room was clean with all the amenities provided as mentioned.
The breakfast was good and the staff serving it were pleasant.
We received a souvenir as a gift from the reception which was a good gesture.
Keeping the keys at the reception while going out was a relief. It was very convenient and saved us from the hassle of taking care of keys when we went out.
We had a very good experience overall. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice,friendly staff and nice location.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent but the staff was amazing and very friendly. The rooms were good and clean. The front desk staff were amazing and very helpful with directions, calling a taxi etc, simple but important things for out of country visitors. Metro was very close by.

Cons:

The rooms were hot a bit and we couldnt control it from room.

Dista circa 3 Kim dalla stazione centrale: valutate bene. C’è però a cento metri la fermata della metro.
