Poor sound insulation. You can clearly hear the conversation next door.
La proximité avec la gare et la gentillesse des personnes à l’accueil.
J’avais déjà dormi dans cet hôtel l’année dernière. Cette année, lorsque j’arrive au troisième étage, on me demande d’aller dans l’hôtel du premier étage (peut-être que la réservation a été mal gérée et que l’hôtel n’avait plus de chambres disponibles ?). Le Check-in se passe bien, la jeune fille est très polie. Elle m’annonce que tout ce que je prendrai dans le frigo est gratuit, tout comme tout petit-déjeuner que je prendrai (alors que celui-ci n’était pas inclus dans le prix). J’étais très fatiguée car il était tard ; je n’ai hélas pas posé de questions sur cette soudaine gratuité. En entrant dans ma chambre, j’ai vite compris : une odeur pestilentielle m’a accueillie. Même en aérant, l’odeur n’est pas partie. Je pense que cette chambre a des problèmes de canalisation… Vous me demanderez pourquoi je n’ai pas exigé de changer de chambre : il était presque minuit et je me levais à 4h30 le lendemain. Je n’ai d’ailleurs pas eu le temps de prendre le fameux petit-déjeuner gratuit.
C’est vraiment dommage, j’aurais apprécié que les gérants aient la décence de ne pas attribuer cette chambre.

Close to the train station (4-5 min walking) which is really convenient. Also, there are restaurants, shops around. And easy to reach Duomo Cathedral (only 4 metros stations). The old school lift is amazing ! I’ve already been there in April 2022 (for one night) and I’ve liked it a lot too.

Die zentrale Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof war ideal für Unternehmungen,Ab- und Anreise.
Sehr schön war der Mercato Centrale im Bahnhofsgebäude gleich gegenüber...verschiedenste einheimische und internationale Ess- und Trinkmöglichkeiten
Durch die Lage war es natürlich relativ laut.
