Pros:

Отличный мини отель рядом с центральным вокзалом и остановкой автобусов в аэропорт Мальпенса . Чистый теплый номер . Подходит для остановки на несколько дней . Завтраками не пользовались .

Erinomaisella sijainnilla oleva siisti pieni hotelli, jossa hyvät vuoteet.
Pros:

Hyvät vuoteet, erinomainen sijainti ja hissi. Siisti hotelli, myös aamupalaa oli saatavilla. Matkatavarasäilytys.

Think twice
Pros:

The stay was ok, but I wouldn't recommend to stay for a prolonged time. Stay was not very helpful and gave misleading information when asked. The rooms aren't really how pics show. Very noisy and not that great of an area. We spent over $200 for one night and you would think you get something a little nicer. Lesson learned.

Cons:

The lift did not work even tho they kept saying it did. Didn't like how they only give one key for room. We had three adults and we couldn't do our own thing because if someone left with key you have no power in the room. Didn't like how unhelpful the staff was.

Change your receptionist or teach them to respect guests!
Pros:

Location is great,rooms are big,clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I honestly don't know where to start, the staff at the reception desk are extremely unfriendly, I asked them to help us reserve a table in the restaurant, the receptionist refused and said that we should call ourselves, everything I asked her either she didn't know or she couldn't help.Breakfast is 8eur, but in reality it is not worth a single euro.

Great location!
Pros:

The hotel is located in a building with each floor a different hotel. It is right next to the Malpensa airport shuttle bus and Milan central station. Wifi is fast. They even provide toothbrush and toothpaste which is not often provided in European hotels.

Cons:

Room is a bit small. Some small dirts and hair on bedsheet. But overall value for money for this location and price.

Perfetto se quello che vi serve è semplicemente una camera comoda e pulita.
Pros:

Albergo validissimo se quello di cui si ha bisogno sono camere pulite e comode. Non c'è da aspettarsi accoglienze calorose, lo staff è nascosto dietro il PC ed è praticamente come se non ci fosse. Complessivamente molto positivo, con un rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.
