Very convenient for Milan Centrale rail station.
Pros:

Great location opposite the main rail station
Nice bright room. Pleasant staff
Quiet at the rear of the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel is situated on the 3rd floor though a lift is available.

Fur eine Nacht reicht es,wegen der Entfernung zum Bahnh,empfehle es wegen dem Frühstuck nicht weiter

Zimmer war ok,klein aber fein,toll war der kleine Balkon.Lage ist wirklich nur 5 min zum Bahnhof und Metro.
Wichtig finde ich noch am Bahnhof,dass die Kontrollen mit Ticket ist,darf nur 40 min bevor der Zug einfährt eingelöst werden.Klar darf man mit bestimmten Tickets auch früher fahren,dann alles auf Englisch.Personal am Bahnhof freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Frühstück nur abgepackte Croissants und Toast.Nicht mal frisches Brot oder Coissant.Geht für mich gar nicht,vor allem nicht fur Italien.Dann lieber ohne Frühstück buchen.Preisleistung stimmt nicht.
Klimaanlage nicht funktionstüchtig,konnte nicht verstellt werden,daher sehr oft lüften zu heiss im Zimmer.
Duschbrausen mussten eingestellt werden,besser gesagt für die eine Position musste immer der Knopf gedrückt halten.Nicht sehr entspannend beim Duschen.
Am letzten Morgen hat unser ganzes Bad nach Rauch vestunken,als hätte jemand im anderen Bad geraucht und es ist uner die Lüftung zu uns ins Zimmer gezogen.Als nichtraucher sehr unangenehm.

交通方便。
Pros:

离米兰中央火车站步行5分钟的路程，从机场到米兰市区坐火车非常方便。酒店所在的楼宇的1层和3层都是他们家，我们因为航班到得早，9点多就到酒店了。在楼下看到电梯门上用三种语言写着暂停使用，我们就只得拎着20kg重的箱子先爬到了3楼。3楼小姐姐不耐烦地让我们去1楼办入住，我们又拎着箱子下到了1层。后来才知道电梯是可以使用的，更加生气3楼的小姐姐看到我们拉着那么多行李并未提示可以使用电梯。1层接待我们的是华人，很客气，正好有空房，我们就直接入住了酒店。我们的房间还比较大，只是临着一个街角，早晨有垃圾车收垃圾时声音比较大。早餐很基础，牛奶酸奶面包水果咖啡，面包甜点大多是带包装的，不过有新鲜水果已经很知足了。最后一天因为是早7点的火车，6：30就要离开酒店，没有办法在酒店用餐，我们请酒店帮忙准备了早餐。感谢酒店值夜班的小哥哥帮我们转达这个需求并准备了充足的食物！

Cons:

该酒店为华人所开，来此入住的中国人不少。不知是何原因，3层前台的小姐姐对待华人态度冷漠，看着极不舒服。反而白人服务人员更热情些。希望酒店对入住客人能一视同仁。另外不知是否因为我们这次在米兰期间赶上了冬奥会，酒店价格很高，性价比低，与酒店整体设施、服务不匹配，尤其是早餐。

Excelente estadia
Pros:

A localização é perfeita! A poucos metros da estava o central de Milão e bem em frente da parada de ônibus para pegar o transfer que leva e busca para o aeroporto Malpensa. Cheguei antes do horário do check in e o quarto já estava pronto e pude entrar. Além disso, é possível deixar a mala para buscar mais tarde, caso você deseje sair mais cedo do hotel. O quarto estava super limpo e achei muito confortável.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo! É bom ter atenção quanto a região no período da noite, mas em relação ao hotel, nada a reclamar.

Overnight in Milan
Pros:

On returning from a break in Lake Como, we had a very early flight from Bergamo Airport booked so we decided to stay overnight in Milan. This hotel was perfect, located near to the airport shuttle bus stop. The lady at reception was very friendly, and let us book into our room early as it was ready. The room was spotless and had a powerful shower.

Cons:

Signage to the hotel could be clearer. It's in a building with other hotels on different floors and the entrance is not obvious.

Pros:

Staff were rude. We stayed twice, different dates. Staff are not really attended to guests, especially the females, they are more attending to their phones. The location of the hotel is very good though, close to the train station.

How staff deal with guests. Not welcoming.
