Nul et jamais plus.
Pros:

Emplacement correct près de Gare. Très cher pour la qualité, très vieux, pas de petit dej, longue attente a l'accueil, les personnes perdues dans leurs papier..... Juste propre. Les savons, la brosse à dents se sont vite montrés fragiles. Pas de café dans les chambres.
tout cela est nettement insuffisant pour le prix.

Pros:

I brought my mom on a short trip, and staying here was such a lovely experience. The location is super convenient, especially for getting around the city. Super friendly front desk staff — they helped us check in early and even suggested some great local spots for breakfast.
The location is amazing, just a 3-minute walk from Milano Centrale, which made catching our early train super easy.
Yeah, the hotel is a bit old and the room is basic, but it was clean and quiet enough for a good rest.

Very pleasant stay with friendly and helpful staff. Location is great next to the Milano Centrale and still quiet street. We needed a room quickly for a one night. In addition to everything else, we also got the best balcony we could have wished for 😃 We would have happily stayed longer, if only our flight had been delayed more 😊

Don't know how about the other rooms, ours was great 👌🏻

Pros:

Ottima posizione, comodo per la stazione centrale. La camera è pulita e il personale è molto gentile. Ormai è una certezza: ogni volta che vengo a Milano, prenoto qui.

No worth the money

The walls are so thin that I could hear the person next door on the telephone
The heating was not working and I had to use two blankets
The price was super high

gute lage beim bahnhof, ist für eine nacht bei der durchreise in ordnung wenn man keine grossen ansprüche auf die ausstattung hat

Cons:

ist in die jahre gekommen und sanierungsbedürftig (ausstattung sehr alt), die betten sind unbequem, CHF 280.- das doppelzimmer für eine nacht ist viel zu teuer

・スタッフの対応がよかった。お湯が欲しいといったらケトルを貸してくれました。
・部屋、ベットは十分に広かった。部屋は98L用のスーツケースを2台広げ、荷物を整理するには充分。また、部屋は明るい。
・洗面所は広い。シャワーヘッドは可動式のもので水圧は強い。温度調整も問題なし。
・備え付けのドライヤーは風圧が強いため、ロングヘアーの人でもすぐに乾く。
・ミラノ中央駅に近いため、立地は良い
・2人で２泊し、1日目と2日目に水と炭酸水を2本ずつ、チェックアウト時に水を2本頂いた

・部屋の中から鍵をかける時に、鍵がかかっているのかわかりにくい。
・シャワールームが少しだけ狭いかも。身長168cmの標準的な体格で少しだけ圧迫感があった
