Выбирали номер с двуспальной кроватью, поселили в маленький номер с двумя односпальными кроватями, и персонал ничего не хотели предложить, хотя отель был пустой

Bijām laikā, kad valdīja ļoti liels karstums visā Eiropā. Numuriņš bija bez kondicioniera, bet tas arī bija norādīts, ka nav, tāpēc nav pretenziju.

Pros:

Zależało nam na lokalizacji i faktycznie ten cel został osiągnięty. Cicha okolica. 2 restauracje orientalne nieopodal (wybierzcie hinduską). Parking też był. Śniadanie udało się nam zjeść wcześniej (6.30} niż 8.00, musieliśmy zgłosić się z tą potrzebą..

Cons:

W pokojach jest wentylacja, ale nie klimatyzacja. Pokój byl na poddaszu, więc było gorąco. Okna dachowego nie da się otworzyć. Wentylator był głośny, więc nawet nie próbowaliśmy używać. Łóżka wąskie.

It was very bad.
Cons:

We stayed at Ajax Hotel in Warsaw and had a very disappointing experience. There was a loud party with music and noise until 2 AM, and we were not informed in advance that such an event would take place.

We contacted the hotel staff during the night and asked for assistance, but they were unable to solve the problem. As a result, none of us were able to sleep. We were travelling with small children, and they were also unable to rest because of the excessive noise.

Today we have a 12-hour drive ahead of us, and after a sleepless night this raises serious concerns for our safety and well-being. Had we known about the event beforehand, we would have chosen different accommodation.

At our staying day and night was plus 30 degrees Celsium and in our rooms was not condition and no ventialion to make room temperature lower, so children felt overheated and was no way to make them feel normal.

There was also dirty, carpet was not cleaned and under bed was old nuts and it's package.

We paid for a place to rest, but due to the undisclosed event we were deprived of that basic service. Therefore, we kindly request appropriate compensation or refund.

Na oficjalnej stronie brak jakiejkolwiek informacji o wysokości opłaty za psa. Korzystając z hotelu na jedną noc, płacąc za nocleg 280 zł po przybyciu na miejsce uzyskałam informację że oplata za pobyt psa to 100 zł. (!) Jakkolwiek rozumiem dodatkowe opłaty za pobyt psa, to jednak powinny być one jasno określone na oficjalnej stronie. Nigdy nie wybrałabym pobytu na jedną noc z opłatą za psa w tej wysokości. Po prostu poszukałabym czegoś innego. Tutaj po opłaceniu noclegu online zostałam postawiona troche w sytuacji bez wyjścia i to nie jest fair. Później jeszcze okazało się że pomimo tego że były inne wolne pokoje, mój pokój nie miał możliwości w ogóle podniesienia rolet wewnętrznych. Po prostu był urwany mechanizm. Tak więc w pokoju panowały egipskie ciemności. Ale może to i dobrze, bo za oknem był widok na maski samochodów zaparkowane bezpośrednio pod oknem :). Często korzystam z noclegów poprzez booking. Zawsze tez podróżuje z psem. Do tej pory wystawiałam pozytywne recenzje, tutaj jednak nie polecam.
