Very clean and nice hotel on your way to Masai Mara
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and well kept, the breakfast was amazing and the curry we got for dinner was very good! ! The staff has been very nice during our stay and they tried to make us happy all the time.

Cons:

They had an issue with Booking and they asked us to pay the room again (we had already paid on Booking). After a week and many messages to the assistance we got the refund back from Booking, so it wasn't a problem. I just think is not nice to ask the guests to pay two times, they should have resolve the issue directly with Booking.

Molto scorretti
Pros:

Nonostante avessimo una prenotazione valida, quando ho chiamato per confermare il mio arrivo in serata mi hanno detto che la mia prenotazione era stata cancellata. Ho dovuto arrangiarmi e trovare altro. Molto scorretti, fate attenzione!

The stay was okay, however it could have been better.

I loved the help i got from the staff

Cons:

I didnt like how locating the property was not too easy, as the location on google maps was not as accurate, however when i called the hotel i was directed by a staff member. I also didnt like the fact that my rooms shower was not working, i was then moved to another rooms shower which was also not working, it was rather frustrating considering the fact that i was in a big rush that morning.

One night on the way to Masai Mara
Pros:

Staff was very kind.
Rooms were newly stuffed.

Cons:

Water was missing all the evening, hot water intermittent.
Far from the city center on unpaved road (impossible to get there on foot)
