Estancia perfecta
Pros:

Una estancia perfecta en el Hotel Puerta del Mar. El hotel es precioso, muy cuidado, limpio y con una ubicación inmejorable. Todo el personal ha sido encantador y nos hemos sentido como en casa.

Pero quiero hacer una mención muy especial a Javier, por su amabilidad, profesionalidad y atención en todo momento. Personas como él hacen que una estancia pase de ser buena a ser realmente especial. Siempre atento, cercano y con una sonrisa.

Sin duda, repetiremos. ¡Gracias por todo! ❤️

It was clean and in the center and close to the beach everything is a short walking distance

Cons:

It was not so quiet in the morning, i only stayed one day so it could have been only that morning, it didn’t really bother me so much but someone whos sensitive would be

Very nice and friendly hotel.
Pros:

Very nicely located. The receptionist Oliver was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Although the pool has a sign for no drinking in that area there was a group of Irish tourists running it for everyone else. They were drunk and loud for hours. I wish the hotel management had said something to them to keep it civilised.
Breakfast could have more varied, specifically with offering more vegetables, such as cucumbers, olives or peppers would have been great, they only had tomatoes and fruits.

Fantastic location
Pros:

Unbeatable location, wonderful rooftop terrace with loads of comfortable seating. Pool is small but adequate and there was absolutely no issue with a shortage of sunbeds that I've seen mentioned in other reviews. Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but suited us as we aren't big on eating a large meal in the mornings!

Cons:

Our room was quite basic and not like the photos on booking.com. Toiletries provided weren't great and bathroom sink very slow to empty. Was disappointed by the room, but the rooftop and location made up for it

Excelente ubicacion y atencion.
La habitacion amplia,cama confortable y con detalles de buen gusto.
Desayuno con productos de buena calidad.
Zona de pileta muy agradable.
No tiene estacionamiento pero hay parking pago de muchas plazas a pocos metros.

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, pero para aparcar cerca hay que hacerlo en parking publico de pago, si se parca en parking publico exterior gratuito hay que dejarlo a unods 15 minutos del hotel y no siempre hay sitio en horas punta, lo mismo ocurre en el de pago, Lo demas bien, camas bastante comodas y personal agradable.

Cons:

Sala de desayuno muy pequeña y piscina también muy pequeña.

Amazing hotel. The staff were extremely accomadating from the reception team, to the service at breakfast.
Spotless hotel, gorgeous range of food fro breakfast and beautiful terrace with pool and a fab rooftop bar.
