Sijainti on todella mainio, etukäteen tsekkasin vaan sijainnin suhteessa merikeskukseen ja Maretariumiin tajuamatta myös varsinaisen keskustan olevan ihan nurkilla. Auton sai ilmaiseen kadunvarsiparkkiin. Talo huokui historiaa. Ikkunan näköala (kuvassa) huikea erityisesti auringon laskiessa.

Cons:

Ilmanvaihtoon kaipais potkua, näin kesällä toki pystyi nukkumaan ikkuna auki.
