Ar condition too loud. All night long
The Walls are so thin you can hear people talking and the tv in the next room. You can also hear these noises coming from the Walls like a clicking noises at night.
Out of the seven hotels I stayed at in Japan, the staff here was not the best, but in the end, they were still very good.
The room itself was nice—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would still recommend this hotel for its quality and service.
Very nice hotel.
Good value for money. Convenient location. Very close to the station. There’s also shops and restaurants around. Nice area and good facilities inside the hotel. Me and my friends we worried that there’ll be mold in the bathrooms after reading some reviews but to our surprise there wasn’t any in the 2 rooms (out of 3) we’ve booked as they’d painted and done some work in the rooms recently so it was kind of covered/removed. Anyway, it was visible. However, in one of the rooms there was mold and even if you couldn’t see it you could spell it. The whole room smelled like it.
As mentioned above, there was some mold (not visible but you could smell it). The room had a bit of a weird smell generally. It was also a bit noisy as the hotel is on the main street. Saying this I think it’s still a good place to stay, affordable and its value for money for sure. Despite this I still recommend it!
Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. There was a small dining area with hot water and coffee dispenser at the ground floor. The hotel is near to a path along the Kamogawa River; I went for a morning run all the way to the main city area (around 5km) which was nice, and had nice sakura trees and wildlife sightings. 2 Lawsons nearby the hotel.
Location was really tough to get to, especially with a rolling luggage. Room is really small as per Japanese hotel rooms, but it was still smaller than expected. Bathroom curtain had an unpleasant wet smell.
Just stayed for a night so cannot comment much.
Would be more hygienic to have an ice machine than to have a bucket of ice placed at the lobby for guest use.
Excellent location, large and comfortable room. Very good staff and facilities. There was a 24/7 free coffee/tea /soup machine in the lobby which was unexpected and good
Bathroom smells and the receptionist was not helpful at all
Everything and the price is not worth
The Price was ok. Its near the bus stop but 12 minutes walk to the train. Ok without the luggage.
The room was not clean. Was very loud from the car the racing at night and as it near the hospital. The room is also very small as specially the Bathroom. Not suitable for 186cm height.
Easy check in. Facilities
