Fab hotel deduct 950/- from me and while entrance they denied that they have any booking we show booking.com confirmation and the amount deducted but they didn’t accept really disappointed

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I encountered two major issues during my stay: the absence of a television in my room and the non-provision of the breakfast I had paid for in advance.
Firstly, the lack of a TV was a significant letdown. In this day and age, it is almost expected for a hotel room to provide basic amenities such as a television. I was shocked to find an empty space where the TV should have been. This absence made it difficult for me to relax and unwind in the evenings after a long day of activities. It also meant that I had limited options for entertainment and staying informed about current events. The lack of this basic amenity diminished the overall comfort and convenience of my stay.
Secondly, I had specifically booked a package that included breakfast and made the necessary payment in advance. However, to my dismay, when I arrived at the breakfast area in the morning, I was informed that breakfast was not available due to some unforeseen circumstances. While I understand that unforeseen situations can arise, it is the hotel's responsibility to promptly inform guests about any changes or limitations in their services. I received no prior communication regarding the unavailability of breakfast, leaving me disappointed and frustrated, as I had paid for a service that was not provided.
Moreover, the lack of alternatives or compensation offered by the hotel staff for the missing breakfast further compounded my disappointment. It felt like my concerns were not adequately addressed, and the staff did not make any effort to rectify the situation or make amends for the inconvenience caused.
