I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Booking.com and the property I booked through your platform in Noida.
I booked a hotel listed as “Feb Hotel” through Booking.com. Immediately after making the booking, I started receiving calls from different individuals asking me to transfer money, stating that otherwise my booking would be cancelled. This was extremely suspicious and created serious concern.
After reaching Noida, when I called the property, they were not providing me with a proper location or address. Eventually, when I reached the location, I discovered that this was not the hotel I had booked/listed as “Feb Hotel.” Instead, I was taken to a completely different and very poor-quality lodge/property.
The actual experience was completely different from what was represented on Booking.com:
The property did not match the hotel shown in my booking.
The room was poor and not properly maintained.
Cleanliness and hygiene were highly unsatisfactory.
The promised/expected kitchen facility was not available.
The entire experience felt misleading and deceptive.
I have screenshots, booking details, photographs/videos, call records and messages as evidence of what happened.
I want Booking.com to investigate this matter urgently and explain how such a property was allowed to operate/list itself under a different hotel identity on your platform.
I am also requesting a full refund of my booking amount and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, harassment and misleading experience caused to me.
Please treat this as a serious complaint and escalate it to your senior team. I expect a proper written response and resolution rather than a generic apology.

Fab hotel deduct 950/- from me and while entrance they denied that they have any booking we show booking.com confirmation and the amount deducted but they didn’t accept really disappointed
