Shower too small in bath
Friendly staff and fair size of room and bathroom.
My room next to the reception made for a noisy environment. But that was topped by a group of men drinking and being raucous in the lounge until I had to get up in my pyjamas at quarter to one in the night to ask them to please be quiet, having struggled with the noise since 10PM. There was no staff at hand and as a single woman I felt very unsafe. This is not at all acceptable in a hotel and shouldn’t happened. It was noisy until 2:30 in the night and I paid 140 pounds for getting no sleep and being really stressed.
