Please note that the Spa is available for clients over 10 years old in the following hours: Monday 11:00-14:00 / 17:30-22:00; Tuesday and Wednesday - 9:30-14:00 / 17:30 pm - 22:00; Thursday, Friday and Saturday - 09:00h - 15:00h / 16:00h - 22:00h; Sunday - 9:00-15:00 / 17:30-20:30. The duration of the circuit will be 1h and 20 min.

Please note that only customers with a valid parking reservation are allowed to park at the hotel. Please also note that you will need to send the vehicle registration by email. Access to the parking area is via a car elevator.

Please note that the entrance to the hotel must be done by accessing the old town through a pedestrian street (wide street) from the Santo Domingo roundabout. For GPS use, it is recommended to enter the address of Plaza de Santo Domingo, which is the authorized entrance to the hotel. Any access from another address may entail a fine or sanction.

Please note, if you have booked the rate with access to the free spa, inform you that the use of the Spa is subject to availability. It is essential that you reserve a time. If you cannot enjoy the spa, it will not be replaced by another service nor will it be deducted from the price since this service is free in this rate. One circuit per person per stay is included. Mandatory swimsuit, flip flops and hat. Check other conditions with the hotel.

Cons:

A modo de recomendación, estaría bien que informaran de que la calle de acceso al parking es bastante estrecha y limitada para maniobras (terraza de bar, pivotes enfrente…), así como que el ascensor es bastante pequeño, sobre todo de cara a aquellas personas que tenemos coches grandes, para evitar dañar el coche como nos pasó a nosotros.

Que el personal que nos atendió fue muy estupido. Cuando llamé para resolver un problema y un error que habia en nuestra estancia, me habló de malas maneras. No pudieron solventar nada de lo que nos pasó.

Tudo excelente. O hotel muito bonito e elegante, muitisimo bem localizado e limpo. Pequeno almoço bufett bom para o preço (croissants simples e com chocolate, pão (apenas um tipo), tortilha de batata, empada fatiada, iogurtes, café nespresso e leite, frio e quente, alguns tipos de bolos, corn flakes, mas com falta de produtos de charcutaria básicos como fiambre e queijo. Apenas tinha fatias de pão com presunto.

Cons:

Da funcionária que estava a apoiar o pequeno almoço. Demasiado antipática para a função que desempenha. Não esboçou um único sorriso e respondia sempre com antipatia quase agressividade quanto interpelada. Pessoas deste tipo fazem com que os hóspedes não tenham vontade de voltar. As restantes funcionárias, principalmente as da receção muito simpáticas e solicitas. Do facto da piscina interior/spa, segundo informação do site do hotel, supostamente abrir às 11H00 e nesse dia, abrir apenas às 12.30H, o que fez com que não conseguissemos utilizar.
