Please note that the Spa is available for clients over 10 years old in the following hours: Monday 11:00-14:00 / 17:30-22:00; Tuesday and Wednesday - 9:30-14:00 / 17:30 pm - 22:00; Thursday, Friday and Saturday - 09:00h - 15:00h / 16:00h - 22:00h; Sunday - 9:00-15:00 / 17:30-20:30. The duration of the circuit will be 1h and 20 min.

Please note that only customers with a valid parking reservation are allowed to park at the hotel. Please also note that you will need to send the vehicle registration by email. Access to the parking area is via a car elevator.

Please note that the entrance to the hotel must be done by accessing the old town through a pedestrian street (wide street) from the Santo Domingo roundabout. For GPS use, it is recommended to enter the address of Plaza de Santo Domingo, which is the authorized entrance to the hotel. Any access from another address may entail a fine or sanction.

Please note, if you have booked the rate with access to the free spa, inform you that the use of the Spa is subject to availability. It is essential that you reserve a time. If you cannot enjoy the spa, it will not be replaced by another service nor will it be deducted from the price since this service is free in this rate. One circuit per person per stay is included. Mandatory swimsuit, flip flops and hat. Check other conditions with the hotel.

The cancellation or modification of any extra service of the hotel must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise it will be charged regardless of its use.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Una estancia increíble en pleno corazón de León
Pros:

La estancia fue simplemente increíble. El personal se esforzó muchísimo por ayudarnos en todo momento, siempre atentos y amables. La ubicación es fantástica: en pleno Casco Viejo, justo al lado de la catedral, lo que hace que todo esté a un paso. La zona es muy agradable, con mucha vida y ambiente, pero sin perder el encanto. Sin duda, una experiencia excelente y un lugar totalmente recomendable.

La situación del hotel en el centro de la ciudad, todo muy limpio y cómodo, muy buen trato

Que la entrada al hotel es la misma que por donde entran al bar y restaurante los clientes y entrar con las maletas y todo por el medio no me gustó mucho
