Please note that the Spa is available for clients over 10 years old in the following hours: Monday 11:00-14:00 / 17:30-22:00; Tuesday and Wednesday - 9:30-14:00 / 17:30 pm - 22:00; Thursday, Friday and Saturday - 09:00h - 15:00h / 16:00h - 22:00h; Sunday - 9:00-15:00 / 17:30-20:30. The duration of the circuit will be 1h and 20 min.

Please note that only customers with a valid parking reservation are allowed to park at the hotel. Please also note that you will need to send the vehicle registration by email. Access to the parking area is via a car elevator.

Please note that the entrance to the hotel must be done by accessing the old town through a pedestrian street (wide street) from the Santo Domingo roundabout. For GPS use, it is recommended to enter the address of Plaza de Santo Domingo, which is the authorized entrance to the hotel. Any access from another address may entail a fine or sanction.

Please note, if you have booked the rate with access to the free spa, inform you that the use of the Spa is subject to availability. It is essential that you reserve a time. If you cannot enjoy the spa, it will not be replaced by another service nor will it be deducted from the price since this service is free in this rate. One circuit per person per stay is included. Mandatory swimsuit, flip flops and hat. Check other conditions with the hotel.

The cancellation or modification of any extra service of the hotel must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise it will be charged regardless of its use.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

La ubicación. En el centro y cerca de todo, museos, iglesias, bares...lo q hace q sea inmejorable

Cons:

El parking fatal. La entrada para un coche grande es casi imposible. Calle muy estrecha y con mesas de bares a ambos lados además de pibotes antiaparcamiento, lo q hace muy difícil las maniobras para entrar a un parking con una entrada estrechísima.

Escapada de tres dias en Leon en un hotel super recomendable en el centro
Pros:

Nos gusto la cama, muy confortable , el personal super amable, la ubicación es extraordinaria, la presion de agua en la ducha muy buena, todo muy limpio.

Cons:

En el Spa algunos chorros estaban atascados en el circuito de frio y calor. En la bañera de hidromasaje habia una parte donde si apoyabas el pie te succionaba con fuerza y hacia daño.
En la habitación el extractor de humedad del baño no funcionaba y después de ducharnos dos personas, olía algo a humedad por la noche , el agua se salía de la ducha.
La puerta de madera del baño por debajo estaba hinchada y no se reparo correctamente , el papel o paneles que cubrían la pared del baño estaba despegado en algunos lugares.
La luz de emergencia de color verde situada encima de la puerta es muy intensa y molesta para dormir bien.
En el baño solo hay un colgador, para colgar toallas grandes lo cual no me parece que es insuficiente si hay dos personas para no juntar las toallas húmedas.En la habitación también en mi opinión seria util, disponer de un par de colgadores para tener posibilidad de colgar prendas fuera del armario.

Que es difícil de acceder con el coche. Pero creo que fue mas difícil porque la calle ancha estaba en obras

Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación y el detalle del parking, tienes el coche bien aparcado te olvidas de el y si vas a estar por el centro no te hace falta moverle en toda la estancia porque lo tienes todo a dos pasos.
Personal súper agradable y el hotel y el restaurante nos ha encantado todo la verdad, volveremos seguro.
