This hotel was beyond my expectations in every way. The location right next to the cathedral makes this hotel probably the most well-placed in Leon. The rooms are incredibly well-designed and modern, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. I felt like the price-point was low compared to what I got! I read that there was a rooftop bar and it DID NOT disappoint. It directly faces the cathedral so the views are probably the best in the city and the cocktails were very good and not overpriced. I've had hotel breakfasts all over the world and this one seriously rated in my top two EVER. The spread of beautiful breakfast foods was spectacular and individually set for each person who ordered. The selection was over the top with too much variety to list. I've never seen anything like it anywhere else. If you can score a room at this hotel, count your self lucky. I feel like I'm gushing but It really was that good. Just book the room.

Een prachtig hotel in hartje historisch León. Een absolute aanrader!!!
Pros:

Het hotel bevindt zich in een monumentaal neogotisch pand met in het trappenhuis een bijzonder in het oog springend monumentaal kunstwerk bestaande uit een meters lange zware metalen ketting met een anker; een knipoog naar de naam de naam Camarote van lokale metaalkunstenaar Juanjo Fernández. De kamer was zeer ruim en smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles was netjes en schoon en het personeel was meer dab vriendelijk! Een absolute aanrader!!
