Excellent value for money
Pros:

Excellent value for money! The location, cleanliness and the service were superb, above all the kindness and professionalism of the receptionist were exceptional. In my opinion this hotel deserves 1 or even 2 starts more.

COMODA ESTANCIA CONDICIONADA POR OBRAS EN LA CALLE
Pros:

UBICACiÓN. No tomamos el desayuno en el hotel, en cualquier local cercano te sirven bien sin problema. Amabilidad, y profesionalidad.

Cons:

Sólo hay un unico ascensor para acceder a las habitaciones y a la terraza, que está muy solicitada durante el día. A veces el tiempo de espera es alto.
La limpieza de la habitación cuando llegamos no era la adecuada. En recepción el horario de atención era limitado.
Cuando llegamos el acceso al hotel se hizo por la cafeteria por el derrumbe de un edificio contiguo, tener la calle vallada y rodear la manzana para acceder no facilittó las cosas. En cualquier caso, la culpa no fue del hotel.

Cons:

La persona de recepción nos dió una información errónea en relación a los sábados en León: nos dijo que no hacía falta pagar el ticket y nos pusieron una multa.
Sí hace falta evidentemente.

Lugares con encanto en el centro de León
Pros:

Un hotel muy bonito con una localización privilegiada en el centro de León, al lado de la catedral. Tiene una terraza donde poder tomar algo con unas vistas espectaculares.
Las habitaciones tienen un encanto especial con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia muy agradable.

Un hotel maravilloso para descubrir León
Pros:

La ubicación espectacular, la suite en la que nos alojamos una maravilla y el personal muy atento. Los desayunos muy recomendables. La terraza del ático tiene unas vistas muy buenas de la catedral.

Muy buen alojamiento pero el trato recibido no me pareció cordial

Cons:

El trato recibido por recepcionista tanto la llegada como la salida y de un camarero del bar interior que se tomó la libertad de vacilarme.
