Please note that heating is on for limited hours from 5 pm to 11 pm and from 6:30 am to 8:30 am. There is no electricity during the night time. Emergency battery operated lights are provided in the room for night use.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Večeře byly dobré.

Ubytování na nás udělalo jasný podvod a děje se to dále, neboť nabízí pokoje, které jsou zavřené.Neomluví se a ani Vám to nedá vědět předem! Objednali jsme si velký pokoj s krbem a vanou. Jaké bylo naše překvapení, když nás recepční naprosto neomaleně vzala do úplně jiného, menšího, levnějšího pokoje bez krbu a bez vany. Jakmile jsme se ozvali, hned nám předala na telefon člověka, který má na starosti rezrvace. Ten byl neskutečně arogantní! Nakonec nám řekl, že si tam máme jít lehnout, ale že tam bude zima a nepoteče teplá voda. Naprostá drzost. Vzhledem k tomu v jaké je to oblasti, jsme se s recepční dohodli na slevě, kterou ale vůbec nepovažuji za adekvátní. V celém hotelu byla zima. I v tomto pokoji byla zima, ústřední topení fungovalo jen pár hodin denně, stejně tak jako elektrické zásuvky. Netekla horká voda na to, abyste se mohli vysprchovat. Opravdu otřesná zkušenost. Hotel se snaží prezentovat jako "vyšší třída", ale to tak možná jen cenou. Již nikdy více!!!

Hochwertiges Hotel in ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Sehr großes Zimmer mit großzügigem Stauraum und Ablageflächen. Ein netter Balkon, über den man auch in den großen Garten gelangte. Zusätzliche Heizstrahler für die kalte Jahreszeit. Sehr bequemes Bett. WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Sehr gute Beleuchtung. Tolles Ambiente. Ausgezeichnetes Restaurant mit Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet bei dem jeweils auch lokale Spezialitäten angeboten wurden. Sehr freundliches Personal. Parkplatz für das Motorrad war ebenfalls vorhanden. Die SPA-Behandlung war ebenfalls sehr professionell. Ich habe 3 Nächte dort verbracht und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Die Sauna musste separat bezahlt werden. Diese sollte bei diesem Zimmerpreis eigentlich ohne Aufpreis sein.

Very overpriced for what it was.
Pros:

The views from the room and the garden area.

Cons:

It’s looking very tired and run down. They also seem to focus on having hotel ‘stuff’ rather than good service and clean and refreshed carpets and fit and finish to the rooms. There is also no elevator and the restaurant is on the top floor and many of the rooms are up other floors. The communication post booking was also not good. It stated that there was no electricity at night but there was and this was only communicated post booking.

Un lugar perfecto para relajarse
Pros:

La arquitectura del hotel, espacios amplios,luminosos, habitación espaciosa, jardín muy bonito, con un arroyo de agua cristalina, árboles, césped, flores, rodeado de unas montañas espectaculares.

Cons:

No tiene ascensor.

Pros:

시설도 좋고 뷰도 좋고 다 좋았음. 그리고 오후 5 시반에 무슨 민속 공연 같은게 있는데 우리는 그걸 모르고 나중에 체크인 하느라 못봤음 ㅠㅠ 그리고 방이 일층이어서 방 발코니 바로 앞에 시냇물이 졸졸 흐르고 거기 건너갈 수 있는 가리도 있어서 색다른 경험이었음

Cons:

식당에 라다크요리 하는 쉐프가 없어서 라다크 요리는
못시킴. 처음에 예약했을때 250 불이었다가 나중에 95 불까지 다시 떨어지는 참사가 발생해서 재예약함.

Peaceful stay in nubra valley

Cons:

Shower not enclosed, bathroom becomes slippery after every shower

Excellent hotel in the Nubra Valley
Pros:

Friendly staff. The grounds were very pretty with the stream running through the garden. The architecture of the hotel. The food was nice, especially the freshly made pasta, momos and bread. Zangmo, the reception manager was particularly helpful and friendly. The free high tea was also a nice event with yummie nibbles and local dances.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit damp and dark.

Lack of air conditioning in the room made our stay uncomfortable.
Pros:

Location. Good size family room with two full bathrooms and a balcony. Staff was very helpful and service was excellent in the dining area.

Cons:

The accommodation did not have any air conditioning. We were there in June and it was hot even at night. We had to ask for portable fans which were barely helpful. For a room costing more than $400 a night, air conditioning should be in the room.
The food at the afternoon high tea was not enough for all the guests.

Lovely stay wish it was longer.
Pros:

The location is great and in a place like Hunder the facilities and comfort is unparalleled. They have a sweet folk dance with high tea and the food was exceptionally delicious. Everyone made sure we were having a great time. They are also pet friendly which is awesome.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.
