No shortcut to esplanade
No breakfast but near restaurant served decent breakfast

Size of room - great for family.
- Unwelcoming and abrupt receptionist.
- Noisy area. Motorists racing through all hours of the night.
- Mould in bathroom.
- Music blasting in the morning next to our room. Portable speaker, must have been the cleaners.

The lady at front desk during our arrival seems was not welcoming guests. Need to improve on interpersonal skills which is essential for the hospitality industry.
