Pros:

Nothing. I left as soon as I checked in.

Cons:

Room hadn't been cleaned. Bed sheets not changed. Whole place stank of cigarette smoke. Mould everywhere. Doors didn't lock. Toilet paper shoved into holes in door. Fixtures hanging off the wall. Bathroom flooded from broken toilet and shower. Refused to acknowledge anything was wrong and refused to issue a refund. AVOID.
