Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, sowohl Bahnhof als auch Fussgängerzone/Innenstadt sind in nur ganz wenigen Minuten fussläufig erreichbar.
Das Personal ist supernett und hilfsbereit (einen Fön konnte ich an der Rezeption ausleihen und bekam auch gleich einen Hinweis auf die kostenlosen Bierflaschen im Kühlschrank - solch ein Angebot hatte ich bisher noch nie).
Matratze/Bett völlig in Ordnung, alles wirklich sehr sauber und endlich mal wieder ein Zimmer mit einem richtigen Schrank und Handtuchhaken und Spiegelkonsole im Bad.
Das Frühstücksbüffet ist absolut OK und wird auch zeitnah aufgefüllt, es gibt aber keine Warmspeisen - völlig OK bei dem Preis, den man dafür zahlt.

Cons:

Es ist sicherlich nicht die Schuld des Hotels, aber die Stadt Herne scheint am Amazonas zu liegen . Mitte Oktober und trotzdem unendlich viele Mücken, ich verstehe es nicht. In drei Nächten habe ich mehr als 40 Stiche bekommen, trotz Jagd vor dem Schlafengehen. Meine Mitreisenden aus den Nebenzimmern hatten ähnliche Probleme. Fliegennetze wären eine sinnvolle Investition

Pros:

Alles gut, sauber, Bett sehr gut, zentrale Lage. Wasser, Tee und Bier kostenfrei im Vorraum. Snackautomat und Kaffeeautomat vorhanden. Reservierte Parkplätze für Hotelgäste bei der fußläufig erreichbaren Tankstelle um die Ecke vorhanden.

Pros:

Der Empfang war freundlich,sehr gefallen hat und,dass man kalte Getränke aus dem Kühlschrank kostenlos entnehmen konnte(natürlich haben wir ein Trinkgeld hinterlassen).Das Frühstück war ok.
