Excellent hotel with nice service and a view to Kilimongaro mountain
Pros:

The Service in the hotel was excellent; every staff we met was service minded and friendly. Our cottage with 2 bedrooms is very spacious and super clean. The terrace outside has comfortable sofa. Due to the rain, we did not use the private pool outside of our cottage, although the staff have kept it very clean throughout our stay. We had dinner in the hotel, the food were excellent and service superb. Our private driver & guider drove us around in the area, trying to catch a view of Kilimanjaro, unfortunately, due to the cloudy weather we did see anything. However, the next morning, we saw a clear and beautiful view of the mountain from the Flamingo lodge.

Cons:

The road leading into the hotel is in a fairly poor condition, though not the fault of the hotel. It would be nice to have the mosquito nets for the beds.

Highly recommend this wonderful hotel
Pros:

Location in a nice quiet street.Approach bumpy but just a short distance of the main road. Beautifully appointed property with large spacious rooms,immaculately mantained grounds,excellent staff,great food. In short everythng was perfect.Pool area was wonderful with multiple seating areas with great views of Mt.Kilimanjaro..Hardly any bugs. You can see the staff constantly cleaning both inside and outside. I would like to acknowledge Abdul the manager who was exceptional and went over and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Chef cooked special vegetarian meal taht was not on the menu that was excellent. If i ever went back to Moshi I would stay here every time.Kilimanjaro tour operator said that this was the best hotel in Moshi

Flamingos, Pasta & Happiness 🦩🍝
Pros:

I stayed at Pink Flamingo Boutique Hotel and everything was … pink-perfect.
From the very first moment, I felt welcome - not the “hotel-welcome-smile”, but the real one.

The team and crew are absolutely fantastic: well-trained, professional, kind, and always ready to help (sometimes even before you ask). You can really feel that they know what they’re doing - and they do it with heart.

The kitchen deserves a special mention. I normally never order Italian food abroad … but this time I broke my own rule and ordered pasta. Big mistake? No. Big surprise! It was excellent - really excellent. Complimenti to the kitchen 👌

The price? Totally fair for what you get.
Service? Spot on.
Atmosphere? Relaxed, friendly, and feel-good.

In short: if you come to Moshi and don’t stay here, the flamingos might be offended 🦩😉
I’ll definitely be back.

Wow, perfect!
Pros:

From the moment you check in it is relaxing and a perfect place to stay, nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are all friendly and welcoming. Location is fantastic, great views of Kilimanjaro, wish we had stayed more than one night. Rooms have lots of plug points which is better than many hotels.

Un oasis de confort en pleno Moshi
Pros:

Es un pequeño paraíso en pleno Moshi. Las habitaciones son enormes, impecables y muy cómodas. La comida es una delicia. El servicio , fantástico. ¡La vista al Kilimanjaro desde la piscina es mágica! Incluso en la pequeña tienda del hotel conseguí hermosos recuerdos para traer a casa

Il luogo è semplicemente bellissimo, dagli spazi delle camere e dei luoghi comuni all’arredo in generale e all’accoglienza del personale. È un luogo che sa di casa e dove ti senti “protetto”. La natura curata tutto intorno alle strutture rende il posto una vera oasi. Mi sono sentito davvero in pace durante la mia permanenza e non smettevo di apprezzare ogni tutta la bellezza e la pace dei sensi che la struttura offre.

Peaceful Retreat Surrounded by Nature
Pros:

The villa is incredibly peaceful and quiet — perfect for relaxing after a long trip. The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We stayed in one of the large rooms with a jacuzzi, which my wife absolutely loved. Waking up early to the sound of birds and a view of the forest was a real highlight; it felt calm and refreshing.
The food was good — a bit on the higher end, but fair considering the overall quality of the stay. The small gift shop on-site is a nice surprise, offering good-quality items at reasonable prices. We actually regretted not buying something there before continuing our trip. Overall, it was a great place to unwind and start our journey in Tanzania

Cons:

The “view of Mount Kilimanjaro” is somewhat misleading — you can only see it from a corner of the property, and only if you’re lucky with the weather. If that’s your main reason for booking, you might be disappointed. But if you’re looking for peace, comfort, and privacy, this place delivers beautifully.

The pillows in the bedroom are abit worn out. Need replacing. Also, the shower heads seemed broken as water was splashing from around the head.

Wow! Little oasis and slice of paradise. Wonderful setting in beautiful grounds. Huge room with private pool and amazing facilities. Great service - from cold flannel on welcome to friendly and attentive service. Hotel organised well priced tour guide to take us to the local town and to local Springs. Fab time.
