綺麗だけどコスパ的には…
Pros:

チェックイン、チェックアウトは基本的にデジタル(無人)ですが必要な時は有人で対応してくれます。お部屋は狭いですが清潔でした。

Cons:

夜遅いとホテルに行くまでの商店街はホームレスが寝ていたりして少し怖いです。お風呂は狭いので洗い場が開くのを待ったり脱衣場も洗濯機が置いてあって狭いです。

Will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Superb location. Nice and clean rooms. Fabulous buffet breakfast. Free mangas to borrow and read. One free drink everyday between 6-8pm.

Pros:

The staff working there are very kind, smiley, and helpful. They did their best to ensure we had everything we needed. A very delicious breakfast was included with the stay, and we were also able to leave our luggage there for a few hours after checking out. The room was not large, but it was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The Dotonbori district is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
