Excellent location hotel.
Pros:

Near ti shin osaka train station. Just 3 minutes walk thru rear exit. Got family mart next to the hotel. And other restaurants. Very recommended to those who wanta to stay in osaka. Direct shikansen to kansai Airport also available.
