The drainage in the toilet was a bit smelly.

Hotel lobby was nice and clean. Staff was very kind.
Staff cannot speak English. Room didn't meet my expectation in terms of the cleanliness. There were hair on the bed as well as in the bathroom. So, after my initial inspection, I decided not to stay here even though I had already paid and placed the booking.

changed 3 rooms - i dont get intended room with window, since A/c not functioning. 1st floor stuffy with cigerrate smell.
Location is great. KTMB station and food trucks are within 5 minutes walk.
