Très bel établissement avec vue sur le stromboli
Personnel accueillant

Cons:

Déçu par le petit déjeuner
Au vu du standing, on attendait des jus de fruits frais, de la charcuterie , du fromage et du pain .

Hotel con vista panoramica sul mare spettacolare, bellissima veranda, struttura abbastanza pulita

Cons:

Colazione basica, non all'altezza di un 4 stelle. Abbiamo cenato nel loro ristorante di carne, ambiente confortevole ma carne servita fredda e nelle grigliate scelta dei tagli e cottura non soddisfacenti, qualità prezzo non adeguati.

Unglaublicher Blick aufs Meer und bestes Croissant, aber etwas ab vom Schuss
Pros:

- Das Hotel ist auf einem Hügel gelegen mit wahnsinnig gutem Blick auf das Mittelmeer und Sizilien!
- Große Terrasse vor dem Zimmer.
- Bestes Croissant zum Frühstück, was wir je in Italien gegessen haben.

Cons:

- Wir waren im März für eine Nacht auf einer Rundreise dort untergebracht und fanden das Hotel, sowie Umland und Strand sehr verlassen.
Am Strand, welcher in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar war, stapelte sich angespülter Müll und verfallene Strandlokale..
obwohl der Strand an sich ein wunderschönes Stück Natur darstellt mit seinen Felsen und der Brandung.
- Frühstück nur typisch italienisch, süß, aber dafür sehr gut!
- Die Zimmer und die gesamte Ausstattung ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen

Posizione ottimale con vista sullo stretto di Messina, buona la colazione. Personale di reception celeri nel assecondare le richieste effettuate

Cons:

Da migliorare il personale addetto alle pulizie come pure l' organizzazione. Da rivedere l' areazione sulle camere

Quando ho prenotato ho chiamato chiedendo se c’era posto sul loro lido dandomi conferma. Al mio arrivo chiedo dove fosse il lido e qui la sorpresa…mi dicono che non c’era posto ed erano tutti occupati e quindi ho prenotato senza poter andare a mare…poi mi hanno chiesto un supplemento per la sanificazione in camera e quando ho richiesto l’attestato della sanificazione non mi hanno saputo dire niente quindi si presuppone che queste sanificiazioni sono fasulle
