大浴場があり、サウナがあった

スタッフは施設の説明がなく、こちらから、客室に行くのはどうしたらいいか聞いた

Comfy, convenient and safe.
Pros:

The location was great, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom felt sort of like an airplane or cruiseship bathroom but it did the job and the beds were a little hard. I really appreciated having laundry facilities, however the dryers didnt seem properly maintained and I had to dry my load 4 times before it actually dried my clothes. I think the lint needed to be cleaned out.

Good hotel for decent price. Service was nice.

Pros:

O quarto era bonito e funcional. Acho que foi uma boa relação qualidade-preço. Tinha muitos sítios para ir comer ao pé do hotel.

Cons:

Penso que antes havia pequeno-almoço no hotel, mas quando fomos não havia o que foi bastante incómodo. A cama era muito rija e as almofadas eram mesmo péssimas. Só havia uma almofada para cada um e era uma almofada muito baixa, não consiguia dormir por causa da almofada, chegou ao ponto de ter de usar o meu cachecol para poder dormir melhor.

Soggiorno piacevole e confortevole, ottimo albergo per visitare Kyoto
Pros:

La camera rispetto agli standard giapponesi era decisamente ampia e confortevole.
I 2 letti singoli, sono ampi e molto comodi.
Posizione eccezionale per spostamenti in tutta Kyoto; nella piazza adiacente all'albergo (Shijo Omiya) passano numerosi bus che collegano la maggior parte dei siti da visitare e la stazione. Inoltre vi stazionano i taxi e da lì parte il tram per la foresta di bambù.

Cons:

La camera viene pulita ogni 3 notti, ma il giorno precedente alla pulizia bisogna chiederlo alla reception entro le 12.00; noi ci siamo dimenticati ed è saltata la pulizia.
Gli asciugamani sporchi vanno messi tutte le mattine in un contenitore al piano terra e si prendono gli asciugamani puliti in autonomia, solo che al mattino presto non ci sono ancora e se si arriva tardo pomeriggio/sera non ci sono più. Chiedendo alla reception vengono consegnati ugualmente, ma lo segnaliamo come punto da migliorare.

El sitio está bien por la ubicación ya que está en el medio de Kioto, la verdad que me arrepiento no haberme quedado en

Nunca había nadie en el Front desk
El lobby siempre tenia cosas como canastos con toallas sucias y cosas así como medio abandonado
La iluminación de la habitación era mala
Había solo un enchufe en toda la habitación
El baño olía mal como a orin de baño público lo que hacía que cuando estaba fuera y coco viera toda la habitación olía igual
