A equipe foi extremamente atenciosa e prestativa, permitindo inclusive um check-in um pouco antecipado. O hotel também oferece espaço para guardar as malas e diversas amenidades disponíveis em sistema self-service.
Os quartos são excelentes: espaçosos para os padrões japoneses, extremamente silenciosos, limpos, confortáveis e cheirosos. A limpeza pode ser agendada conforme a necessidade, e o hotel conta com lavanderia self-service, com máquinas para lavar e secar roupas.
A localização é um dos maiores diferenciais! Há diversas opções de transporte público praticamente na porta, incluindo ônibus, metrô e outras conexões, além de lojas de conveniência, supermercados, restaurantes e vários serviços nas proximidades.
O hotel também recebeu uma encomenda que solicitei, sem qualquer dificuldade.
Foi uma experiência maravilhosa em todos os aspectos. Atendimento impecável, excelente estrutura, quartos confortáveis e localização privilegiada. Recomendo de olhos fechados e certamente voltaria a me hospedar aqui. Nota 10!

Einfach alles super!!
Leider konnte man von dort aus keine Koffer verschicken, das wäre super, weil diesen Service in Japan gerade zwischen den großen Städten viele nutzen.
Und der Mitarbeiter konnte uns leider auch keine naheliegenden Convenience-Store oder Yamato-Filiale (an dem Tag geschlossen) nennen. Wir haben dann aber direkt einen Family Mart gefunden, der unsere Koffer verschickt hat.

Les habitacions no estan malament pero la habitació era plena de pols. Dona la sensació que la neteja es simplement canviar els llençols.
El servei va ser escàs ens van rebre per el check-in. Vam entregar pasaports i ens van tornar un full amb les explicacions. I au, cap amunt. Per fer el checkout, vam deixar la targeta al mostrador.

Short walk to station and bus stops.room was mixed of modern and traditional design.
La ubicación es cómoda porque tienes autobuses y trenes al lado. No es el centro de Kyoto pero el barrio es tranquilo y agradable y tiene de todo (restaurantes, bares, konbinis, supermercados, etc)
Cambiar la moquette de los cuartos y el baño un poco pequeño.

• Location is unbeatable: It’s super close to Omiya Station, which was a lifesaver for hopping on the train to Osaka. It’s also relatively near the river, which is perfect for shopping and a chill walk. At the same time, the street where the hotel is located is super quiet.
• Comfortable beds: After walking miles exploring the city, crashing into these beds felt amazing.
• The public bath: Having access to the public bath was an absolute game-changer. It was the best way to unwind and soak our sore feet after sightseeing.
• Amazing value: For the price we paid, the quality was insane.

Big room, modern hotel, good sauna. Great transport connections, with a bus stop and subway station just a short walk from the hotel.
The hotel is quite far from Kyoto Station. Keep in mind that if you’re travelling with a large suitcase, you’ll need to take the subway and transfer along the way.
