Clean room, big bed, nice carpet. TV worked, had a working kettle and tea/ coffee. Had a blanket on the bed and somewhere to hang coats.
Towels smelled a bit damp. No hairdryer. Heating didn't come on until after 7am. Water took a long time to get warm from taps. There was only 1 spare pillow. The car parking was not clearly signed. Entrance hall smelled of smoke.

Good location, a few short stops by bus from city centre. Heating is sufficient and an extra blanket is available in the room.
Cleanliness is acceptable, but not as clean as expected. Turned on the shower for 2 minutes waiting for it to heat up but it didn't, so either hot water is not available or would take more than a couple minutes to heat up.

Poor decoration and fitting
It was simple and clean, everything you needed was at hand
There was a generator that kept turning on for a few minutes throughout the night, very hard to sleep
Nice rooms, friendly helpful staff, good location, free parking for the centre of Leeds which is bonus. Will use again….

If you're going to the Armouries, use GPS to get there and back cos its easy to get turned around.
The room was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Overall, great value for money. We only needed somewhere to base down for one night.
There wasn't really anything I didn't like.
