Nuestra estadía en el hotel fue espectacular. Desde el momento que llegamos quedamos maravillado con la vista impresionante que ofrece —rodeado de naturaleza, paz y un paisaje que parece sacado de una postal. Las instalaciones son de primer nivel, combinando comodidad, limpieza y buen gusto en cada detalle.
El área de hidromasaje fue uno de mis lugares favoritos: perfecta para relajarse y desconectarse completamente del ruido y el estrés. Además, la atención del personal fue cálida y siempre dispuesta a ayudar, lo que hizo que me sintiera como en casa.
Sin duda, un lugar que recomiendo al 100 % para quienes buscan descanso, naturaleza y una experiencia única.
En la atención de los dueños y cada detalles marcan sin duda la diferencia.

A luxury modern/rustic cabin for 2 people with an exceptional location in the middle of a forest. Private terrace with jacuzzi overseeing the forest, Castro city and the bay. Extremely clean bathroom, bedroom and kitchenette. Super comfy bed. Huge breakfast served to our room at the time of our choosing with local cheese, avocado, a selection of cold meats, milk, youghurt, jam, natural juices and incredible bread (they bake it themselves). All appliances working including a Bose bluetooth speaker, perfect for enjoying the complimentary bottle of wine to soft music in the jacuzzi at night. Gloria y Cote are the nicest hosts ever, they treat you truly like family. They were so nice that when I asked for a charcoal grill to make a night barbecue they bought one specially for us! Even though Castro city is close (5 min drive) we went looking for a quiet place to relax but this exceeded our expectations, if you need a place to relax in Chiloé THIS IS IT!!

100 Points for Gloria and Jose-Louis. They were wonderful hosts. We arrived late and tired and were able to order a delicious soup and salad meal on short notice. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and stylish (and of course clean). The private hot tub, looking out over the trees was great. Breakfast by the fire was a great start to the day. We got a great tip where to eat out on the next night and had one of the best meals of our trip. On our last day Gloria took us on an excursion to Dalcahue and then to Parque Meular, which is not even open to the public yet. It was a priviledge. We also enjoyed talking to Gloria and Jose-Louis late into the night to discover the similarities and differences between Germany and Chile and many other topics. WE fehlt totally at home.
