NOISE! The hotel is right above a nightclub. This is mentioned so fleetingly on this listing. Also nowhere does it truly tell you the extent of the noise and VIBRATION you will feel until 5am.
The bed was literally broken. The divan had a hole in it. The towels were like sandpaper. I was woken up to a fight outside my window at 6am. Utter hell.

I’ll choose a different room next time. The bed was comfortable and it wasn’t adjacent to the train line which was good.

The Stairs. My problem not the properties. Can’t sit on the loo properly because the basin is too close and in the way. The shower screen needs attention as doesn’t close properly and opens by itself

It was so unbearably loud, no air con, you can hear every step taken in the hotel dispite the fact you may as well sleep on the dancefloor of the club its so loud. All the staff were not helpful during the check in process. The check in process was deeply unhelpful. The wifi doesn’t work.
