It’s comfy good location friendly
Needed coffee and kettle in room
The rooms are great. Love the decor and they are very clean. The location was great for what we needed. Very central. Staff were very pleasant when checking us in.
It was a little noisy due to location but ear plugs were provided and it didn’t bother us at all.
Shower head all clogged up had to clean it to allow water flow, lights terrible no bright lights in room very dull, no hanging space. Half a toilet roll in bathroom and no contact to ask for more. Not personal at all, reasonable and central but that was only upside

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The noise level was unbearable to the point that the whole building seemed to shake. Ear plugs were provided in the room, which should have been a warning sign, but even with them the noise was impossible to block out.
The room itself had a strong smell of sewage mixed with chlorine, which made it very unpleasant to stay in. There was also visible mould on the window. The bed was very uncomfortable and on one side you could clearly feel the springs through the mattress. To make matters worse, the towels provided looked dirty.
There were no staff available for us to raise these issues with, which was very frustrating. In the end, the situation was so bad that we had to leave at 2am and book another hotel just to get some sleep.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
Good location
Rude staff at checkin I arrived at 14:55 and told I had to wait till 15:00 so she made me stand there for 5 minutes, very petty.
Heater didn’t work in the room so it was cold and the tv had no channels

Didn’t get no sleep the bar across the road had music playing until 7am (which is owned by the same people as the hotel) the hotel refused to give a refund as it’s apparently not music coming from the premises but In fact that of premises owned by the same people they clearly know what they are doing I will not be staying here ever again and I advise against it to anyone thinking of booking
Location perfect that’s about it
Dirty carpets, crash mat mattress really uncomfortable, music banging all night ear plugs were provided but made no difference. Paid for romantic package and was meant to get 6 drinks tokens but didn’t receive them. The room was too dark even with lights on. Room smelled sweaty and unclean.
Good location and concept
It states in a noisy area. What is doesn’t make clear is the property below is open until 5am. They provide war plugs that do not help at all. The music was so loud and the full room was vibrating from the bass below. When the music finally stopped the room next to us kept opening their door shouting in the hall and playing loud music until 8am and there was a really strong smell of cannabis in the hall. Worst sleep I have ever had. There is no reception so couldn’t even report what was going on.
