Усе дуже добре. Наступного разу я скористаюсь цим готелем. Мені дуже сподобалося проживання у ньому.

Дуже привітний персонал, який надавав допомогу в усіх питаннях, що виникали.
Сніданок. Різноманітні страви, з якісних продуктів, смачно приготовані.
Мені вдалося скористатися СПА послугами, що було дуже доречно і мені сподобалося усе - роздягальня, басейн, парилки, білизна - усе продумано, зручно і спрямовано на клієнта.
Вразив книжний бар - можна було обрати почитати і придбати книги - дуже корисна послуга. і хороший вибір літератури.

Я не побачила недоліків - усе було гарно.

Як людина, яка багато подорожує і працює у готелі, я особливо ціную увагу до деталей та високий рівень сервісу — і цей готель мене справді вразив!

Номер неймовірно комфортний: чисто, тепло, затишно, зручне ліжко, у номері є все, що може знадобитися для комфортного відпочинку)

Готель також пропонує спа-зону з басейном, хамамом та сауною — ми скористалися та насолодилися відпочинком) Персонал на рецепції надзвичайно привітний та уважний, завжди готовий допомогти і піти назустріч будь-якому запиту. Комунікація на найвищому рівні.

Особливо сподобалася деталь на ліжку — стрічка з мотиваційним написом «Закохуйся, занурюйся, видихай», яка створює особливу атмосферу та надихає розслабитися і насолоджуватися моментом🥰

Сніданок був дуже смачним, багато страв на вибір, ароматна кава)

Особливо цінно, що навіть у складні часи персонал знаходить сили надавати гостям послуги на такому високому рівні.

Ho pagato in più per avere il frigo bar e poi ho dovuto pagare le cose che ho usato (?)
La piscina aveva l'acqua fredda, non è stato possibile fare il bagno,ho avvisato la reception

Чудовий готель у центрі Одеси. Дуже зручне розташування, паркування в дворі. В умовах відключень світла, води, тепла... в готелі ніби в іншому світі - все є та працює, тепло і привітно.

Cons:

За один день перебування навіть не виявив нічого, що було б варто покращити.

Вітаю. Все дуже сподобалось.
Класне місце розташування, смачні сніданки, просторий номер, зручні ліжка (дякуємо за додаткове ліжко для дитини). Персонал привітний та дружний, завжди раді домогти.
Місце куди хочеться повернутись. З задоволенням буде рекомендувати друзям та знайомим.
