Дуже розчаровані, що цього разу змушені залишити такий відгук. Ми вже 4 роки разом із Duke і завжди з великим задоволенням поверталися до вас. Але, на жаль, цього разу наші враження виявилися зовсім іншими.
Номери та обслуговування, як і раніше, залишаються на високому рівні — за це щиро дякуємо. Але сніданки цього разу стали великим розчаруванням. Склалося враження, що нам щодня подають те, що залишилося з попереднього дня.
Омлети — приготовані ніби на воді та зовсім без смаку. Овочі гриль виглядали так, ніби їх просто порубали сокирою. Різноманіття, яке було раніше, на жаль, зникло. У результаті майже кожного ранку ми просто їли хліб із ковбасою, а згодом взагалі почали снідати поза готелем.
Особливо шкода, адже раніше ми завжди з нетерпінням чекали сніданків у Piano на вихідних. Саме заради цієї атмосфери та сніданків ми щоразу поверталися. Але цього разу із заявленого континентального сніданку під Piano приємним був, мабуть, лише піаніст. Їжа залишила дуже неприємне враження — склалося відчуття, що на вихідних просто подали все, що не з’їли протягом тижня.
Замість просекко — сухе, кисле вино, що також стало неприємним сюрпризом.
Нам дуже шкода це писати, адже 4 роки ми були вашими постійними гостями й завжди із задоволенням рекомендували Duke. Дякуємо за чудовий номер і хороший сервіс, але, на жаль, цього разу залишилися розчаровані й наступного разу, скоріш за все, оберемо інше місце.
Сподіваємося, що наш відгук буде почутий, адже дуже хочеться, щоб Duke знову став тим місцем, куди ми із задоволенням захочемо повертатися.

Очень хорошие завтраки. Небольшой, но для нас пенсионеров , очень комфортный бассейн. Идеальное расположение для любителей прогулок по центру Одессы. Из всех отелей с бассейнами в Одессе в которых мы отдыхали ( Немо, Кадор, Гранд Отрада, Дюк) нам больше всего нравится этот отель. Относительно невысокая цена номеров- дополнительный бонус.
Слишком тепло в номере. Климат контроль, похоже, не работал, приходилось открывать окно.
