Wspaniałe miejsce! Gospodarze są niezwykle mili, serdeczni i zawsze chętni do pomocy. Wszędzie jest bardzo czysto, śniadania są przepyszne, a widok na góry i jezioro Como po prostu zapiera dech w piersiach! Pobyt był wyjątkowy i z całego serca polecam ten hotel!

Pros:

Si tratta di un albergo a condizione familiare situato sopra Morbegno, con una visita mozzafiato. La pulizia era davvero perfetta. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una camera con balcone al secondo piano. Al mattino siamo scesi a colazione e siamo stati accolti dal proprietario, signore simpaticissimo con il quale ci siamo intrattenuti a chiacchierare. Consigliamo assolutamente questa struttura.

Cons:

In realtà ci è piaciuto tutto. Tuttavia va detto che la struttura non ha un ascensore e pertanto, chi fa fatica a camminare, potrebbe avere problemi a salire le scale.

The personal was nice, understanding and helpful! Although the breakfast starts at 8, I asked if it's possible to have it at 7 and they prepared it. So thank you

Cons:

The room was cold. An additional blanket would be nice. Also, the bed was too soft and worn out. And it's was a bit odd that they couldn't provide an invoice, because I was on a business trip and I needed and invoice with the company details on it. It really isn't that much work to make such invoice...
