Pros:

The staff and lobby receptionists were very friendly and helpful. They did not speak English, but Google Translate helped a lot. There was plenty of free parking, but small and tight spaces, which is standard for Korea. Don't forget your parking coin, if parking in the separate parking lot. It was a comfortable stay for a few nights. There were lots of shops, food, and convenience stores within walking distance. Simple free "American" breakfast: boiled eggs, toast, cereal, juice/milk/coffee. Food was nothing exciting, but it's offered for free and nice to have when traveling with family and small kids.

Cons:

We are comparing this hotel to other Korean hotels we've stayed at. The parking area, alley parking, and parking lot were tight. The room was very very hot when first arriving, so we turned down the heat and slept with the window open. With the window opened, it was very very noisy outside and hard to sleep. The neighboring rooms were very loud. It sounded like they were being loud in the hall and echoing, but it was the thin walls and we could hear the room next to us. The bathrooms were very clean, except for the tub corners. The beds and pillows were very firm. The breakfast-eating area was very nice looking, but small. Most tables seated 2 people and only one table was for large family. This is not a family friendly hotel.

Very comfortable. Booked for 2 nights but ended up staying for 4.
Pros:

Wife loved the very comfortable bed. Breakfast was basic but included in price so couldn’t complain. Modern, newish and well maintained hotel. Lots of food and entertainment places within few hundred yards. Close to the water and Peace Square. Staff very helpful even though English wasn’t part of the equation.

Cons:

Nothing related to the hotel. Local bus service not that frequent on the road hotel is located on, but if you can walk less than 1km you can get a bus anywhere with not much of a wait.
