Charming stay in northern Spain
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was simple but comfortable and quiet. Good value.

Cons:

Had to ask for a hairdryer, but it was quickly provided.

Pros:

The location is convenient. There are 2 large supermarkets near by an a coin operated laundry about a kilometer away. The family that owns and runs the hotel are very friendly and helpful.

Kind and Friendly Service is What Sets this Hotel Apart
Pros:

The very helpful and welcoming staff who went above and beyond. It was easy enough to find the hotel and to park and it was a pleasant 15 minute walk into the beautiful, historic town of Potes with its excellent restaurants. There were also supermarkets nearby.
The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and we has a nice view of the hills above the river and the lovely garden. Breakfast was good.
We really appreciated the kindness of all the staff - Carmela helping me with my Spanish etc. We definitely want to stay at the Toscana next time we visit Northern Spain, but for a bit longer next time.

Cons:

We liked everything, but it's the sort of place that was so friendly, you wouldn't mind if there was anything amiss. And you d know, you only had to ask.

La atención por parte del personal muy amable dispuesto a informar de toda la zona y a que estuviésemos comodos

Esta junto a la carretera pero la habitación daba atrás y no había ruidos. Era una habitación reformada

A great family run hotel who care about their guests
Pros:

We had an amazing stay, so good in fact that we decided to extend our stay there a couple of times. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of choice and the location is excellent with only a short walk into Potes. The rooms were perfect for us with very comfy beds and nice modern bathrooms. The most memorable thing was the staff there, who were very friendly and helpful, and as a real family run business they seemed to genuinely care about their guests. A great stay and would recommend to all.
