Superb & memorable place to visit
Pros:

Fantastic place to stay for 2 nights, this was our 3rd visit. Very friendly & helpful staff. Love having a golf buggy to explore the site & see all the animals. Lovely breakfast in the Garden Room with lots of choice.

Cons:

It is pricey, but then I guess its all about supporting the animals.
Poor choice of sandwiches in Base Camp cafe even by 12.45.

Fabulous, would highly recommend
Pros:

Loved staying at Port Lympne mansion. Beautiful room, very clean and came with an excellent full English breakfast. The zoo is fabulous and having the golf cart to whizz about on when the park is closed was such an amazing idea, we saw so many animals. Fabulous stay, can’t wait to return.

Cons:

Only a very small gripe because we found everything else perfect, we didn’t have any milk with our tea in the room.

Absolutely dreadful
Pros:

The hotel was unacceptable for disabled person. We didn’t stay in the hotel. They charged us £375 extra for another accommodation. The whole experience was absolutely dreadful.
