Herzlich, gemütlich und fast wie zu Hause :)
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, besonders die Aussicht aus unserem großen Zimmers war ein echtes Highlight: der Blick auf die Oder-Wiesen und die umliegenden Wälder ist einfach herrlich und unglaublich entspannend.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal: super empathisch, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Da während unseres Aufenthalts nur wenige Gäste im Hotel waren, war die Heizung etwas heruntergefahren und das Zimmer spürbar kühler. Das Team hat sofort reagiert, sich alles angeschaut und uns sogar eine mobile Heizung ins Zimmer gestellt. So viel Engagement und Menschlichkeit erlebt man nicht überall: dafür ein großes Dankeschön!

Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen problemlos, das Hotel war insgesamt sehr ruhig und angenehm leise. Auch das Badezimmer war sehr sauber, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.

Ein weiterer Pluspunkt sind die kostenlosen, bewachten Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel.

Zusätzlich positiv zu erwähnen: Hunde sind willkommen (gegen Aufpreis, der absolut fair ist).

Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel mit tollem Service und herzlichen Menschen.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück gibt es aus meiner Sicht einen sehr wichtigen Punkt, der dringend verbessert werden muss. Zwar ist das Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen und wird im Restaurant angeboten, was grundsätzlich nichts Ungewöhnliches ist, allerdings fehlte eine ausreichende Kühlung. Lebensmittel, die dauerhaft gekühlt werden müssen, wurden ungekühlt auf dem Buffet im Raum angeboten. Meiner Meinung nach sollte die Kühlung unabhängig von der Gästeanzahl jederzeit gewährleistet sein. Wir waren im Winter dort, wie dies bei sommerlichen Temperaturen von über 30 Grad gehandhabt wird, möchte ich mir ehrlich gesagt nicht vorstellen. Hier besteht aus hygienischer Sicht dringender Handlungsbedarf, beispielsweise durch eine Kühlvitrine bzw. eine gekühlte Auslage mit Schutzabdeckung. Aus persönlichen Gründen habe ich das Frühstück anschließend nicht mehr im Hotel in Anspruch genommen, sondern extern gefrühstückt.

Im Zimmer fehlte mir zudem das tägliche Saugen des Teppichbodens, wie ich es aus anderen Hotels kenne. Die Teppiche sind bereits etwas mitgenommen, werden jedoch aktuell erneuert, was wir positiv bewerten.

Bardzo miła i uprzejma obsługa w całym obiekcie. Duży darmowy parking przed hotelem to niewątpliwy atut.
Pokój duży i przestronny z wygodnymi łóżkami. Smaczne śniadanie z dużym wyborem dań ciepłych i zimnych.
Polecam na szybki wypad do Opola.
