There is no problem for employees but worst facilities ever had.
Pros:

Employees having a effort to the service

Cons:

The room and facility are unbelievably dirty.
The rat is everywhere. The owner of this hotel really need to improve or learn the cleanness.
The bathroom was nightmare too. Same as jail.

Good location, poor environment
Pros:

Place very near to airport with shuttle bus from 430am. With very friendly staffs

Cons:

The pool area has rotten and broken wood, it was breaking as we were walking on it.
Room extremely dirty and disgusting.
Several cockroaches come up the bathroom drains.
Food was not a hygienic look.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Pros:

The staff were nice.That was all.

Cons:

Mould on walls, rusty fittings in toilet, damage ceiling ,hole in basin , smell of mould in room ,dirty bedsheets ,damaged shelving ,smell of faeces and sewage, plug sockets not working. No food available in evening,breakfast rubbish ,cobwebs around room ,dirty walls, swimming pool dirty whole building in disrepair would not recommend at all

Cons:

Extremely disappointing stay, the hotel had no warm shower, there was a smell when the water was turned on, the flush of the toilet was not working properly, the bath tub was filthy and not well cleaned, breakfast was basic, facilities was not well maintained, swimming pool was dirty like it was not cleaned

I was quite dissatisfied.

Proximity to Lombok service

Cons:

Air conditioning in first room I was given didn’t work, so I asked for a different room. The air conditioning in the second room was really loud and made it difficult to sleep. The faucets were dirty, there were insufficient electrical plugs in the room (1), which meant you could either charge your phone or have the bedside light on. There was no place for the bar fridge to be plugged in. It was rundown and needed some rejuvenation l thought. Though it was supposedly 24hr reception, I called down at one point and didn’t get an answer.

Nothing .... just 5min drive to airport

This is an booking.com mistake!
The place looks like abandoned.
Everything dirty and so old ....rotten and moldy, stench and dirt everywhere. Only the restaurant looks good but there is only fried rice to eat (also the only option for breakfast!) and fried noodles..... I recommend avoiding this "hotel"
