Ladera Resort
Pros:

The staff was really nice and friendly, especially the owner of the hotel who invited me to have tea with him twice. The staff asked me a lot of questions about Chile and life there, and showed genuine interest in getting to know me.

Cons:

Wifi in the hotel was slow, however, there is signal in the hotel, so if you bring with you a sim card you should have fast internet.

Very nice place to stay we enjoy and relax in a very beautiful, quite resort
The staff looks like one lovely cooperative family they help us a lot, and they make our stay amazing

Above Qusar you can view it from restaurant I like the design for hotel and cottages also there are lovely forest the room is big and it has balcony

The place needs more staff and elevator the room missing some stuff like water heater
