We would like to inform you that between August 10 and August 18, 2024, no Spa treatments will be performed in our Hotel

Access to the spa is by reservation only [and is subject to availability].

Kindly note that on 16th and 17th of May the billiard room will be closed.

On the 17th of May the restaurant will be closed, ordered meals will be delivered to your room. This does not apply to breakfast.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pobyt czarujący z przemiłą obsługą.
Pros:

Blisko parku zdrojowego ale na uboczu. Obiekt bardzo kameralny z domową atmosferą ale posiadający wszystko co potrzeba .

Cons:

Mały minusik za brak klimatyzacji w pokojach ale na szczęście mury się tak szybko nie nagrzewały i temperatura była znośna .

Wszystko było w porządku. Pokój czysty, obsługa miła, a śniadanie bardzo smaczne.

Cons:

Jedyny minus dotyczył strefy wellness – doszło do pomyłki przy rezerwacji jacuzzi i sauny, ponieważ inni goście mieli wyznaczoną tę samą godzinę. Dodatkowo sauna nie była włączona na umówiony czas.

Świetny pokój, przemiła i pomocna obsługa, szczególnie na stołówce, sauna i jacuzzi, bilard, no i oczywiście mini ogród na podwórzu. Hotel czyściutki, można było dosłownie spacerować po korytarzach na boso 😉
A za oknem śpiew ptaków.

Cons:

W naszym pokoju mógłaby być trochę szersza kabina prysznicowa, ale może przyzwyczaiłem się do swojej w domu 😁

Pani z recepcji bardzo miła, nie było problemu z zameldowaniem po godzinach pracy recepcji, śniadanie dostarczone dzień wcześniej tak jak prosiłam.

Nieodkurzony zagłówek, były tam krótkie siwe włosy które rzucały się w oczy na ciemnozielonym zagłówku, ciężko było zasłonić zasłony co jest oczywiste przy braku rolet, szyna lub zaczepy do wymiany.
