雖然是自助check in，但都有人協助，有寄放行李的地方，附近有兩家便利商店，距離難波車站很近

Pros:

チェックイン時から丁寧な対応いただいた。
チェックアウト後に荷物預かりしていただき助かりました。
お部屋はシャワールームのみでしたが大浴場があり、よかったです。
アメニティと一緒に飲み物の用意もあり、楽しめた。バターロールなどシンプルなパンがあれば、もっといいかなぁ、と思います。

May not be luxurious, but totally worth it's money!
Pros:

Location!!! Hotel was so easy to find and so many great places to eat, shop, and explore nearby. I especially like that once we step out of Namba Station, it is literally a direct/straight walk to the entrance. My partner especially loved that the room came with free access to the spa/onsen upstairs. And it wasn't even crowded!

Cons:

The check-in was a little difficult because the machine didn't work the way it was meant to. So a staff was called to assist with a manual check in. Our view wasn't all that, and I'm not sure why there was a balcony despite no way to get to it.

The location was pretty good. It was hard to find the place sometimes, but we eventually figured it out. The staff was nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was quite disappointing (dry sandwiches or sweet bread/loaf). On top of that, they asked us for our orders in advance, confirmed via email, but got the orders wrong. We tried to get our luggage delivered to the airport, but they were only somewhat helpful in this regard.

Perfect 3 night stay in Osaka
Pros:

Excellent location! Close to everything. Really enjoyed the onsen on the top floor too. Room felt spacious compared to other ones we stayed in. Clean, tidy, and pajamas are provided.

Great condition!
Pros:

Great location. Close to Dotonburi. A very lively area with a lot going on if that is what you are looking for. The property does not have laundry facilities. I chose this property as they have a public bath on the top floor but ended up only using it once.

Cons:

The rooms were small and I needed to move things around to make it work.
