Bardzo slaba komunikacja z personelem,
Pros:

Google maps źle pokazuje dojazd.
Śniadanie ok.

Cons:

Zostaliśmy zacheckowani przez panią z recepcji po godzinie 20,pomimo tego, że wiedziała już że w hotelu nie ma wody (zepsuta pompa). To, że były problemy z wodą potwierdzili Chinczycy (chyba ta narodowość) z pokoju obok. Byliśmy po wielodniowej podróży po Kirgistanie i zależało nam przede wszystkim na wykąpaniu się. Najpierw byliśmy zbywani, że awaria zostanie usunięta o godz 22. Woda w kranie pojawiła się następnego dnia o 10. Nie mam pretensji o awarie pompy wody ( bo to się może wydarzyć) , tylko że zostaliśmy zameldowani pomimo tej usterki, a mieliśmy jeszcze czas
szukać innego noclegu.
Śniadanie w porządku: owsianka, jajka sadzone, na twardo, ser żółty, jakaś wędlina, frytki, sałatka. Jedyny minus, że automat do kawy dał radę zrobić parę kaw i przestał działać.
Personel mało kontaktowy, znikomy angielski, mało sympatyczny.
NIE polecam tego obiektu.

I booked a stay at a hotel in Naryn and absolutely loved it! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was cozy. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing after exploring the area. Everything was well-organized, and I felt very comfortable during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naryn. It was a wonderful experience!

Cons:

We arrived 2 hours later than checkin times but had no issue and where let in the building. The host was not responsive, I texted several times if it would be possible to do a late checkin but she never replied. It worked though. The very friendly doorman showed us the way.
There the somewhat positive experience ended. We got the keys to the room and we found ourselves in a dirty room, stains on the walls and carpets. There was a balcony, we sat out there (even though there are no chairs) but were not sure if it's gonna break. Breakfast was not worth mentioning.
Shower was moldy, didn't use it. Felt like I would be safer that way.

Choose the other hotel, it's more expensive but it's worth it.
Pros:

One of few hotels in Naryn, so not much choice. Breakfast was OK

Cons:

Old Intourist hotel located down a muddy lane, not signposted from the road. No aircon, hard beds.
