Pros:

I like that the hotel is only 5 min drive from the airport and collection and drop off are available for a small fee, the rooms including bathrooms are very clean and tidy, comfortable beds, the staff are really helpful and friendly it was a pleasant stay, i will continue to stay over at this hotel in the future.

Am Abend gegen 18:00h beim Ceck in die junge Dame an der Rezeption. Sehr nette Einweisung.

Cons:

Als wir gegen 10:30h vor Ort waren, um unser Gepäck bis zum Check in unterzustellen war eine äußerst unfreundliche Frau am Check in. Die Erklärung für den vom Hotel angebotenen Shuttle zum Flughafen für 5,00Euro pro Zimmer (2 DZ für 3 Per) ist nicht gerade verständlich - wir müssen zu dritt da wir 2 Zimmer haben (3Bett konnte nicht gebucht werden) 10,00Euro bez können aber dann auch auf Wunsch für den Preis 2 Shuttles ordern was wir dann selbst entscheiden dürfen- naja wir sind ja nicht so und haben nur 1 nen geordert- ist für das Hotel nicht gerade wirtschaftlich……

Die Ausstattung war auch wenn sie nicht komplett funktionsfähig war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Lage ist schlecht,es gibt weit und breit kein einziges Restaurant oder einen Supermarkt alles ist mindestens 50 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Die Jacuzzi hatte einen Riss am Boden und eine der Duschköpfe hat nicht funktioniert.Zu dem konnte man unten in der Bar Essen bestellen jedoch nicht mit Katte zahlen…

Pros:

We stayed one night at this hotel with my husband and chose the suite. The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The staff was polite and always ready to help, which made the atmosphere very positive.
The only thing we didn’t like was the lack of a restaurant. We had to order pizza from another place, but unfortunately, it was among the worst we have tried. Also, in the evening there was quite a lot of noise from people drinking and shouting, which made it harder to rest.
However, the staff apologized for this, and we truly appreciated their attitude. Overall, we were satisfied with the room and the service, and we will definitely return to this hotel.

Pros:

O quarto era bem grande e confortável, o banheiro também, bem limpo, grande e confortável. Os funcionários, apesar de novinhos, eram todos solícitos. Oferecem transfer com bom preço ao aeroporto.

Cons:

O ar condicionado do quarto não gelava. Chamamos duas vezes os funcionários, que mexeram na configuração e falaram que estava funcionando normalmente. Foi o maior ponto negativo da experiência. Estava bem quente e o ar fez falta.

Great bargain of a nice hotel with poorly administered shuttle
Pros:

Solid location quite close to Tirana Airport, and there is a shuttle, although see below. The rooms were extremely nice given the price point.

Cons:

The communication with the shuttle picking me up left a lot to be desired. He would take a long time to answer messages, only answer one question if I asked multiple, etc. At one point he sent me two photos of two different locations and told me to "go to the photo" (then, of course, took a long time to respond to my ask for clarification). Given that the shuttle isn't even free, I'd have to recommend anyone staying here just take a taxi.

Great spot near the airport for early flights or late arrivals.
Pros:

Very quiet and convenient spot near the airport. 5 Euro private shuttle to and from airport. 24 bar for coffee, drinks for early or late flights. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and quiet.

Cons:

No food options close but you can get delivery.

Chambre avec Jacuzzi privé pour finir le séjour agréablement, avant de rejoindre l'aéroport.
Pros:

La chambre avec le Jaccuzzi était parfaite, bien spacieuse et avoir un jaccuzzi dans sa chambre c'est vraiment le top. La proximité avec l'aéroport c'était l'idéal car nous avions notre vol à 6h du matin.

Cons:

Il manquait un minimum de restauration sur place, nous sommes arrivés tard le soir, tout était fermé autour, l'hôtel propose une carte de commande de pizza, mais si on commande il y a plus d'une heure d'attente car ils commandent eux-mêmes dans un restaurant qui est loin.
