We enjoyed our stay at Rama Trident a special thanks to Rohit, it was an exceptional service right from the moment we booked. Rohit the Hotel manager got in touch and answered our queries regarding child co sleeping, he also helped us organise our transit to the hotel from Jammu. At the hotel staff were quite professional and welcoming. The breakfast was good to our taste so we decided to take all our meals at the hotel. Rohit helped us with the drop off to Banganga entrance and ensured we had light snacks available at 4 am. Further for our next day he helped plan and organise a day trip and drop to Jammu.
The rooms were quite good for a Family of 8 . Sraff took special care of senior citizens and kids. Would certainly recommend friends and family this place as it ticks all the boxes of a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Cons:

Would appreciate if there were some slides or play equipment to keep the kids occupied, the do have a garden where kids can play
