It was second Visit. The hotel should give some discounts to their repeat customers.
Pros:

Breakfast we did not take. Location was good.

Cons:

To reduce the price. For Vaishno devi yatra high end rooms are not fully utilized.

Cons:

No remote for AC, cleaning of rooms are not done automatically and when asked before leaving the hotel the receiptionist replied that I have to ask them to clean the rooms. Before arrival I requested them to allot ground or first floor due to my aged mother but they allotted 4th floor. From the next day, the lift gone out of order and my family has to manage the downstairs and upstairs by foot. It is not at all desirable from a hotel like this.

Pros:

Location was good,

Cons:

Lack of Facilities like lift maintenance stopped working for a complete whole day during my stay, bathroom stuff could be given like shower gel and brush, paste.
Only soap and shampoo in a small sachet.
