Great value and service.
Pros:

Staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. My mandarin is decent, but not strong. Luckily the staff were really efficient with translating apps and all communication went relatively smoothly. The provided us with a mini fridge for our room when asked.

Cons:

The hotel isn't located in the best neighborhood, but there is a subway stop 200m away. There is major construction going on across the road, but there was no noise from it. There were still plenty of little shops around and more developed neighborhoods were just a couple subway stops away.

Probably I will stay here once again if I have the possibility to visit Shenzhen for the second time
Pros:

Location of the place is really good, nearby the subway. In the surroundings are many places to eat, which was really nice in the evening. Personel is really helpful eventhough they don't speak english,

Cons:

The food on the breakfast was okey, but for sure it wasn't continental or international breakfast as it was called when I reserved. But in general the food was good, just chinese breakfast. Other small disadventage noone is speaking english
