Car parking and attitude of staff
We stayed here to be close to Bawtry Hall, which was just a short walk away for a wedding. The property had its own access, so we could come and go as needed. The breakfast was beautiful, and the added extras in the room were such a lovely touch. A very beautiful, warm, and cosy room with a generous amount of space - perfect for getting ready for a wedding!
The location is located centrally, very clean room and a fabulous restaurant.

The room was a good size and spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy, resulting in an excellent nights sleep.
We can highly recommend Bawtry’s for an overnight stop, it far exceeded our expectations.
No explanation on how to use the shower, we worked it out eventually but maybe a sign on the switch in the bedroom would help travellers like us unfamiliar with the need to turn the power on.
Nice room, comfy bed/pillows, good facilities, amazing breakfast! Good value for money.

The owner Adam very kindly drove us to Doncaster racecourse as we couldn't get a taxi. And at this point he didn't know we were staying there. Lovely room, excellent food. Lovely warm friendly pub

Clean. I was at the front of the hotel so concerned about the road being busy - but it wasn't too bad and there is double glazing.
Described as a 'Deluxe Double Room' - Deluxe it was not. Nothing terrible, just nothing special. Bathroom was very small and tired (with a lame electric shower), the room smelled of stale smoke, there was a fridge for fresh milk which was great (but so loud I had to turn it off). The room was decorated nicely, but just lacked some functionality the TV was half behind the wardrobe and not on a extenable arm). And the wifi did not reach to my room.
