Súper cómodo, agradable y buenos servicios adicionales.
Pros:

Todo excelente con el hotel, al momento de la reserva elegí una opción y al momento del checkin y al contar con disponibilidad nos cambiaron a una habitación mejor, algo que es súper agradable y genera una buena experiencia al usuario y por la cual se agradece mucho. Las instalaciones en buen estado, las camas espectaculares y súper cómodas para un placentero descanso.

Cons:

Un punto negativo es que no contaban con dispensador de agua para beber o botellones de agua ora los huésped como en otros hoteles, algo que para personas que bebemos mucha agua y nos hidratamos bastante es súper necesario para no tener que salir a comprar agua en cada momento ya que el agua de los grifos no es bebible.

Nice room, good curtains but lots of lights inside and outside making it difficult to keep light out
Pros:

Nice modern well maintained rooms. Good curtains on the windows.

Cons:

Light outside bedroom door on sensor can't turn it off. Also the hall lights are on sensors and shine into the apartment and bedroom. TV light and router light also in the bedroom, had to cover all these up to make the room dark. Room has a strange layout like it was used for a different purpose before it was renovated. No water fountain for clean drinking water.

Mucho que mejorar
Pros:

Las habitaciones son cómodas.

Cons:

No hacen limpieza en las habitaciones, tuvimos que llamar a recepción para que nos realicen cambio de toallas y reposición del agua, porque sino ni eso, la persona de recepción subió de mala gana, para el precio que cobran es lo mínimo que deben hacer, la puerta del baño de la habitación hace un ruido fuerte, eso debe haber molestado a los huéspedes cercanos, el desayuno en el café del cielo para quienes se hospedan ahí ya no es como antes, solo hay pocas opciones, no representa el valor que se paga, antes valía la pena, ahora no la verdad, el tema del parqueadero también es complicado y al dejar el auto en un parqueadero particular implica un gasto adicional, no volveré a hospedarme ahí.

Pros:

Excellente situation, près de tout, propreté, qualité de la literie, chambres modernes, excellent service, accès au Luna Adventure Spa en montagne ou le déjeuner est inclus (10/10)et l'accès gratuite a la piscine avec vue incroyable sur la ville depuis la montagne

Cons:

il fallait parfois attendre quelques minutes devant la porte de la réception pour qu'on vienne nous répondre, pas d'eau dans la chambre

Locatie is echt centraal en het personeel is super vriendelijk

Cons:

De kamer was echt heel erg klein, dit hebben ze wel netjes van te horen laten zien, voor 1 nacht is dat prima. Het is verder wel heel erg gehorig.

Pros:

A acomodação era ótima, bem espaçosa e os funcionários extremamente educados e pronto para ajudar.

Cons:

O estacionamento ficava extremamente longe do hotel e não tinha no banheiro ducha íntima o que para o meu namorado e excenssial. E a noite a suíte onde fiquei um pouco barulhenta também.

Bel hôtel dans le centre
Pros:

- L'emplacement (dans le centre de la ville, près de magasins, restaurants, cafés, agences de tours, etc.)
- Le petit-déjeuner inclus : choix entre 2 restaurants (l'un qui se situe à un coin de rue ou un autre qui se situe à environ 15-20 minutes en voiture)
- Le lit est très confortable et l'hôtel est très propre
- Serviettes, pantoufles et robe de chambre sont fournis

Cons:

- Le fait de devoir barrer et débarrer à clé les portes à chaque fois (de la porte principale, de la chambre et de la salle de bain)
- La salle de bain est privée, mais elle à l'extérieur de la chambre ce qui est moins pratique. Un miroir dans la chambre pourrait alors être bien.
- Il n'y a pas d'espaces communs dans l'hôtel
- Il y avait une seule prise de courant près de la porte de la chambre (à l'opposé du lit)

Pros:

La habitación muy acogedora, sencillamente elegante, muy limpia, extremadamente cómoda, ubicada en un sector seguro y cercano a otros puntos de las principales atracciones de baños

Cons:

Me gustó todo, salvo que era algo difícil abrir la puerta principal de abajo😉, sin embargo, es algo mínimo, frente a todo lo bueno que tiene.
